DoorMint - Laundry Service App

My first few experiences with doormint were satisfactory but that were the starting days of your app. Now I have been trying to place an order since an hour and still it's "fetching location". Kindly make your app exhaustive enough to handle heavy traffic or atleast display a message accordingly.

Horrible App - I installed it 2 weeks back but haven't been able to open it till now. Why do you build it if you're not going to provide the service? Seriously disappointed

Useless app.. If it doesn't work take it out of play store.. Dont fool the users by disabling the server requests and show fetching locality.

It keep saying 'Fetching your locality'. I tried entering address manually also. My location service is working fine. Tried rebooting phone. Still same.

Not even able to open app, fetching locality keeps on rolling, for hours. Poor app. Kindly do something .

I installed the app on my one plus 3 today. When i open the app, it never goes beyond Fetching Location and no location is ever detected. I have tried reinstalling the app and removing caches, giving all permissions etc. Nothing works!!! What a waste of time.

Want to place an order for laundry so installed the app but app not able to detect my location so not able to go further Wrost app ever used

Doesn't work on OnePlus 5

I had pre paid for dry cleaning for two suits and a pair of denims. They took the money and never picked up my clothes. Nobody replies on their support feature even if you raise an issue. Don't let this app fool you.

Since last two weeks I am not able to place a request. No slots are available ever! My first experience with you was great but due to not being able to place the order for 2 to 3 weeks I am reducing my rating here. Please find a solution to this problem.

I downloaded the app based on the recommendation of a friend... As a try gave them my silk Ties for dry cleaning which were in a bad condition..On getting them back, I couldn't believe it, They were better than New... Love you guys... Just keep offering such a great customer service

Lumps got formed in my jacket after giving for dry cleaning. Reason given by them- Jacket was dipped in hot water. RIP dry cleaning.

Since past Two days im not able to book my pickup. Is there any fault in the server of DoorMint. I had also taken a subscription, whoch will duly expire soon. DoorMint is not responding on the Help portal also. There is no other alternative arrangement for it also!

The service is getting poorer instead of improving week after week. Delay in delivery, mixing up clothes.. Don't know what's happening

I installed it today for booking .after installation when am adding my location it's showing we are expanding.old airport road is a central area Bangalore and you are telling we are expanding.other side my friend using it from same area how come doormint working for him . seriously ridiculous app .don't use it.

In your interest STOP USING DOORMINT SERVICES WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. They are losing clothes and unable to locate them in last week. Need additional 5 days to search.

There are no time slots available, have been trying for last 1 month. If you do not want to provide the services, kindly let us know.

Hey 'Doormint' team I am unable to add my location into the app neither with GPS nor manually while using it. It is not even accepting Indiranagar, Bangalore location which is really surprising. I stay in Murugeshpalya, Old Airport Road, Bangalore. Please fix the issue asap.

I have paid for bulk wash but I am not able to select slot every slot this month is disabled what the hell is this

There is no pickup available for the next 7 days. Looks like the app is failing in mumbai too.

Every location in bangalore gives a message saying there is no service in that area
