For an it people it is very difficult to communicate with service centers and get your work done. Also we can't have all the receipts with us always. I found this very useful as you have ability to have all you appliance related documents at one place also you don't need to call and wait for service center guy to communicate with you and then scheduled appointment and all the hectic stuff that comes till the repair is done. I cannot imagine to see my bed room A/C be down, called my regular guy multiple times but he didnt turn up. Then I saw the Done page on Facebook and register on the App. I got real quick service with immediate response and my A/C was fixed. Done you are doing a good job
