Orders don't show up in history. U Don't get any message with order no. Better take a screenshot of order no when it pops up. Otherwise, forget abt your money. No customer care. If u lose money, u can forget abt it.. Useless app... I think they get money for all the BOGO offers by cheating people through this app... Buy twice, pay twice, get order once

Ordered using the app, entered my address and the app took me automatically to an outlet (karishma society, pune),later the outlet declined the order saying they don't deliver to the said location..idiots did I as an user choose the outlet? The app took me to the outlet.. Stupids

No email, no call, no order delivered. Only payment worked fluently. No way to call the location where you've placed order. I think I've given enough reasons to keep you away from this experience which makes you fast for no reason.

I ordered through this app to my nearest eatsom shop. After 1 Hr I got to know that he havn't recieved my order by app for which I have already paid. Worst app I seen ever.

Very bad delivery.. I didn't get my order yet even after 1.5 hours...they keep telling its out for delivery...

I get my order after 60 mins atleast not tasty cold, I uninstalled it.

Most of the time transactions are not completed successfully even when the amount was deducted from my account. The amount was never refunded for the 2 unsuccessful transaction of mine. SB Enterprises contact number is not getting connected.

Everytime m entering correct OTP, but its not accepting saying invalid OTP enterd.. hence m unable to sign up...

Not opening

Home delivery in just 30 minutes !

Though user updates address, I don't understand why it takes the old one, I think eatsome willing to loose customers and reputation.

After Ordering you can't contact or track. All you can do is to wait like idiots. Two stars are only for the quality of food. The taste is good but management isn't up to the standard. Guys should raise the standard or sell their outlet, startUp or franchise on OLX.

Eatsome kothrud MIT, delivers order after 1 or 2 hours, so plan your lunch in the morning and place the order so they'll deliver by afternoon. Order no 67309, order placed @ 2:18 Pm still order is on the way.

The thing is I can only order the food but I can't track or see if my order is approved...I mean I do get a msg but this app needs to add many options for the user to track the food and all

You send me code in morning and it is expired by afternoon... Please fix it

Order no 85015 paid at 9:14 received at 10:25 stale n cold...spoke to Karen agar store manager says "extra cheese se freezer mein rehta jisse thanda ho jata khana" ✌ wow

The shows option to select wheat wrap, but the Eatsome outlet (Wakad in my case), claimed that they have not received this option. It has happened to me twice. What is worse that the app has no option to see previous orders so there is no way to convince the outlet that actually placed correct order and adds to unnecessary inconvenience ( please note that you happen to do all this argument when you are really famished)

Average service. Order always received in more than 90 minutes

Unable to view the placed order, should be immediate call from customer care when order is placed as cash on delivery (same like pizza hut does), should be fast service.
