Cant even sign in worst app

Easy to use, convenient. however this app seriously needs more users from both passengers and drivers. Share to as mamy friends we could. Hope the app hang to the stage that it acquire more attention. Keep it up.

Needs more improvement.

Nothing on its interface is clickable.

Notification on the booking status is a must, can't keep the app in foreground while waiting.

Click check in, app crash.

I ended up with a mpv taxi when there is only 2 adults and a toddler.... no option for me to reject, app take it that passenger will accept whatever cab assigned to them. Still very much more room for improvement

Automatically chose SMRT instead of Comfort Delgro. I wonder why.

Impressed with the design of the local cab apps. Definitely a good answer to Uber with the tie up of local major cab companies integrated into one apps. But there is minor bugs to be fixed like unable to exit the apps properly. Giving it 5 stars as encouragement for thoughts and efforts made to make it one of the better designed Singapore's transportation apps!

Finally, a taxi app that isn't limited to a single company's fleet. The check-in function allows me to avoid booking charges too.

1) I can use the same App to book with Comfort and SMRT. 2) Locate taxi stands near me. 3) broadcast my location to taxis nearby when I am hailing a taxi.

I was not able to complete the registration process because the phone number confirmation SMS took ages to arrive. By the time it arrives and I enter it, the app closes and I am then unable to relaunch it. Even after re-installing, the same problem occurs.

Honestly im not sure if this app works. It says locked onto network smrt but ive booked using smrt app and comfort app and got a taxi while this app has failed..thank God it's free

The app looks good, and if it worked properly it could be great. However, there have now been multiple occasions where it said it failed, despite having actually booked a taxi after I left my location. On one occasion it actually booked 2 taxi's which both arrived at the same time. It's unpredictable, and overall, just too frustrating to use as my primary taxi booking app given the bugs.
