After recent updates i cannot buy tickets. Doesn't matter if on mobile internet or Wifi. App became useless

Doesn't work with battery saving location services. Can't set the start zone myself. Please make these apps an open market so people can compete on a better solution

Virkede tidligere, men nu kan den ikke se at GPS er slået til, og så er app'en jo ubrugelig. Så nu skal jeg betale ekstra via rejsekortet pga. manglende integration med pendler kort. Suk.. . Håber snart i får den bug ud af verden.

Ubruelig når man står uden gps dækning. Forslag: Nuværende lokation: vælg station, vælg zone vælg by, vælg et eller andet så appen kan bruges i stedet for kun gps.

Payment functionality is not working... They charged my credit card 3-4 times per transaction for the 3-4x amount... Do not use this app - if I did not know better I would assume it is a scam!

As far as public transport apps go this is by far the worst one I've used. A lot of thr time it will crash everytime you begin to search for a destination. If your signal is even a bit flakey it will crash when you search for a destination and will keep failing to process your ticket order.

Very bad experience after upgrade. It requires a GPS connection to buy a ticket and you have to manually put the location services into "High accuracy" mode.

Sadly, it never works when you need it. Huge problems in detecting your current zone. Devs NEED to allow the user to choose RIGHT NOW.

This is by far the most annoying, useless ticket buying app I have ever come across. What a total waste of space and time.

When installing I was delayed in giving my mobile number as uk is listed as jersey. ..Please correct.

Is horrible move from this already bad application to force to update it, put some decent release notes if you want people to update it other wise find some better programmers to avoid more issues

Trying to activate so I can buy tickets, but when I type my activation code, nothing happens.

It's amazingly slow to find destination.

Half the time it doesn't work. Opens but won't load ticket types (or your purchased zone card), making it impossible to buy a ticket.

It worked so well before the update. And now each time when I try to buy a ticket, I get "order processing failed". Had to call a taxi, because I depended so much on the previous version of the app that I didn't bring cash to the bus stop. I am disappointed in this new version. Please fix! Also, please make it possible to enter the start zone manually. Now you cannot buy a ticket at all when the app cannot find a start zone via the GPS! Emailed DOT and the developer, but not much of a response.

Charged me 1dkk when i added my card details. Doesn't say anything about it anywhere nor does it ask whether it is fine for you. Just bam.money out of your account

As with everyone else,fine when it works. 99% of the rest of the time its useless. Especially when it comes to ticket inspection, frequently wont show the ticket you have just bought.

Often fails to allow me to load "popular tickets", and then won't let me use prepaid zone card to pay. I still have to carry a Rejsekort as a backup.

Totally unreliable, can't count on it to show tickets. For those using this piece of garbage, make sure to screenshot tickets you purchase, odds are you won't be able to load them upon inspection.

When it works it's ok, but it always seems to have problems figuring out where you are and after buying a ticket it tells you that there was a problem and then can't show your ticket list. A disaster!

Did not work. I gave up after ten times of re-entering my credit card details, signing the payment (BankID 2FA), and nothing happening. Fortunately not charged - but couldn't buy a ticket. Ended up borrowing cash for the trip.

I cannot buy a ticket unless the phone knows my GPS location... And half the dtations a below ground. How clever is this? Let me just enter my information myself. I am not stupid

Nearly every time I want to buy a ticket it cannot find the zone I'm in. Fire the developers!

Worst app in the history of apps. Talentløs app. Lavet af idioter. Den kan ikke finde min position (ja, GPS er tændt), og nægter derfor at fungere, også i fri luft efter restart. Hvornår fanden opdaterer i appen? Kører alle hos DOT i egen bil? Jeg nægter at bruge jeres tåbelige rejsekort. Få det her lort til at virke. Den tidligere version fungerede fint og var langt mere intuitiv. Fyr de idioter der har godkendt denne version. I er virkelig nogle ubegribelige tåber. Hold da kæft... Efter mange måneder og 2 opdateringer stadig ingen bedring. Typisk for offentligt IT...

Here I am, first time in Copenhagen and the app keeps loading indefinitely and throwing errors when I try to buy a ticket. Useless.

Virker ikke. tilføjelse af dankort fejler, alligevel optræder betalingskortet i appen, og der er ingen funktion til at slette det. Mvh ufrivillig betatester.
