Will not launch successfully on rooted Galaxy Note 5 on Android version 6.0.1. It was ruled unconstitutional for our carriers to disallow rooting, so if this is a matter of rooted vs. unrooted phones being supported, this is not right. Fix the app.

My app had been working fine but now it won't process my tickets. It keeps saying , "purchase failed. Try again." Its been doing this for two days now and its very inconvenient. I tried uninstalling and restarting my phone to no luck. Ugh!

Before the update this app worked fine. Now, after the update I can't purchase my pass as I do daily! More than enough Funds are available and I don't owe anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same issue! I almost missed getting to work on time! FIX IT!

After the first time I bought a ticket it will not allow me to buy another because everytime I put my Google password it will say it's incorrect even after changing it to a new password

If you do not know how to ride dart this app lays it all out. Type in your location and destination and it maps out 3 routes you can take. Even tells you where your bus is while your waiting. Also you don't have to be begged by bums for change when you buy your tickets because you can do it all on this app as well.

One suggestion I can make is when you purchase a ticket using a saved credit card, the password prompt appears. However the password field is not preselected. It would be nice if the user doesn't have to tap the password field to bring the keyboard up.

In the event of a phone service interruption you can't access the pass. I'm supposed to be able to view in offline mode..but now it just says No ticket..or we are not able to display the pass. That's incredibly inconvenient. I spent 80 bucks on a pass I should be able to use it even if I have no mobile service. Customer service can't seem to do anything about it.

This app has never worked consistently. I have had to uninstall and reinstall more times than I can honestly count. I can get it to work a few times and then we're back to square one not recognizing the payment told it clear the cache delete the credit card uninstall reinstall. The trip planning tool is archaic at best. Huge disappointment.

My phone bout to be off can I still use my app and the ticket I paid for..now that will help cause my broke self can't pay my phone bill on time all the time..so help a sista out

No option to reset password. No explanation on what to do if you forget your password in the help documents. Figured out on my own that you have to delete payment profile and re-add card. When adding my card where it says card name, as I typed my name in it overlayed what I was typing into what was there making it unreadable. Buggy and poorly documented. Ignorant piece of trash.

Everything about the app works perfect, except the train and bus tracker. The tracker doesn't work currently, and back when it did, it sucked, it wasn't precise, and it was not usable by third part apps like Google Maps. Places like Houston let you see where the bus is in real time using GPS, dart should do the same

I can no longer purchase asks for passcode i have no idea what is or even if i set one up. I've never had this problem before. There is no support for your either I've checked. Why do company's provide update that make it harder to use the app? Renders useless, waste of money, time, poor decisions made by apparently incompetent management.

I have been trying to plan a trip into Arlington for an appointment. On the app it gives an error message. On the Mobile web page the trip planner works fine. This needs to be fixed

Either route times have changed it or drivers consistently are late (10, 20 minutes). See others customers reviews. Hey DART/T/DCTA....Don't ask me to contact DART customer service! I did my part.

If you use Go Pass and your phone battery happens to die before your return trip home, you will get a $50 Fare Evasion Ticket from DART Police. The cops have no way to call in to headquarters to check the validity of your pass even though it is active and valid for the day. REALLY POORLY THOUGHTOUT SYSTEM. So you will have to waste a day at JP Court to TRY to get it dismissed. Do not risk using this App. The consequences are costly to the tune of $50 if your battery dies and that can happen too easily.

Fix this mf. All it does is buffer over and over. Worst customer service EVER...if you don't have to take dart DON'T...you'll regret it. They hardly listen to feedback and NEVER resolve issues that you call about.

The posted times of buses are about 10 minutes behind on average. It doesn't even give you all the actual available routes. Trying to use the trip planner for trips shows an error message when trying to look up train times. That alone makes using Uber the more convenient method of commuting. I am LIVID tonight. F!

Okay, earlier I had rated this app one star due to lack of functionality. I had deleted it altogether, but decided for the sake of convenience to reload it. The basic purchase function now works.

I have a yearly pass that has been showing incorrectly on the sceen. You can't even see the seconds part of the time and some bus drivers verify it's real by seeing the seconds move. I am paranoid to uninstall and reinstall since my employer loaded it on my number. I would give it 5 stars if not for this issue. Help? Anybody? I actually figured it out. My font was set too large. When I changed the setting, it was fixed. Yay!

Buying tickets is the only thing that has consistently worked. Travel tools works half the time....also the scheduled times are was say inaccurate occasionally.

I would like to be able to put in train station to train station routes. Then see What time trains leave and arrive. The app doesn't seem to recognize names of train stations. I have to have an address

The app for the most part is very reliable, but there have been a couple of times were I am unable to purchase a ticket, and times like this can lead to major inconveniences. Also the travel planner doesn't work very well so I have to end up using google maps.

I love the fact that I am able to buy tickets fast and without much trouble. The only thing I don't like and ots kind of a big deal is the fact that the "Where is my bus Feature" tends to be off by a lot sometimes causing my commute to school or work difficult. More accurate tracking of busses would definitely help. Until the problem changes I'll keep my 5 stars. It may be only one issue but it is a bug one, especially for someone who uses dart on the daily.

I have plenty of money to use the app, yet it's not accepting my card. I keep getting a payment failed, please try again error. I've called both my bank and DART to see if there's a problem using the app. Since I have made purchases with this card elsewhere, I know that the error has to be on DART's end and not my banks. Seeing as I use public transportation to get around, I can't leave my house unless I have a ride to the train station where the card works at the automated machine. That's not convenient.

Originally, (2014), we couldn't get the app to work on our Androids, a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 or Galaxy S5. The problem has been resolved, and works flawlessly. I use GoPass regularly to travel downtown Dallas for business; it sure beats trying to drive down there!

Total POS and useless since it won't accept my pre paid debit card. Oh, it lets me add it...I just can't use it to buy passes, returns error message saying to try later. "Technical Support" is equally useless, they know less about the app than I do...the phone number provided is the general DART phone number. The best solution they come up with is "uninstall it and reinstall it and try using your card again". Sorry geniuses that doesn't work, just like the signs in the train stations announcing the times of train arrivals don't work (for months now), and your survey takers at the Trinity Mills station, when I asked them about it, said "it can't be fixed". Really? A transit entity serving a major metroplex can't fix the signs showing when trains arrive, and also apparently can't track their buses in real time so that updated times for bus departures and arrivals are impossible? WTF??? What kind of management is running DART when they can't even provide real time updates of their bus/train schedules??? SH!T management that's what! And you have NO ONE who provides any dedicated support for your app. It's so crappy you advise users to use Google or the Transit app instead.

I've only stayed to have this problem this morning but when I clicked in the app to get my pass ready for show it blinked in and out of the page as if it were Christmas lights. I restarted my phone to fix it and it was fine, until five minutes ago when I clicked on it and it did the same thing over and over, never staying on the pass screen like I needed it to. I had to restart it again. I don't want to have to do this every time the app goes haywire. Please, help!

Everything is working again, so I'm bumping it up to 4 stars (there's always room for improvement). I'm surprised at the people who are having trouble using station names. It works fine for me. You do have to spell it correctly, and include "station" in the name.

I'd purchase a montly pass ticket a week ago.. Everything was working great till this morning. The app doesn't show up my ticket.. Is like i never purchased the montly ticket. So re-download the app and registered once again my phone number to get a code and nothing either.. Then i called at customer service and nothing none cant help.. I still got 18 day in the ticket to go.. But apparently no anymore..its so frustrated.. Someone help please!

I've used this app before and it worked great. However I had to change my phone so need to reregister with that phone. This function doesn't work to send you the 4 digit code. I talked to help desk and they confirmed the system has been down and not functioning properly. They don't seem to be in any hurry to fix it. Very frustrating!

Uses insecure technology to store your passwords and authenticate you. As an information security professional, I strongly recommend against trusting this app with your credentials.

Trip planner STILL gives an error. Tried closing, deleting app, to no avail. Put in address for centreport & union station bcz it wont recognize station names. Web site works fine. Mobile app STILL does not . Get this fixed and I'll re-evaluate once again.

The app needs to work faster it takes too long to go to the page where I can show a bus driver or fair inspector my pass. The app need to also work offline sometimes I'm somewhere where I have no signal and I can't pull up my pass or it shows that I have no passes when I already bought several.

Can purchase a ticket online. Travel tool is useless. It gets a better score than DART which is typical bureaucratic trash. So sloppy and I'll run they no longer post arrival times at station message boards. Just wonder whose binlaw got this app contract

Good app for purchasing tickets, but trip planner is flawed. The button to go to the next page of times is broken so it makes it hard to see more than 3 times without redoing the search. Fix this issue please.
