Akut Smerte for Android
Med baggrund i patienternes aktuelle opioid-behandling kan man omregne mellem de fleste af de i Danmark registrerede opioider. Omregneren kan også beregne vejledende doser til behandling af smertegennembrud (p.n. doser). Applikationen får automatisk overført data fra medicin.dk og er således altid opdateret med de nyeste handelsnavne på opioider.
AKUT SMERTE er udviklet i Anæstesi- og operationsklinikken, HovedOrtoCentret, Rigshospitalet af overlæge Ole Mathiesen og projektsygeplejersker Birgitte Kitter og Anja Geisler, Enhed for Akut Smertebehandling, samt anæstesilæger Christian Svane og Michael Friis Tvede.
AKUT SMERTE er blevet til i samarbejde med Dansk Lægemiddel Information A/S og udviklet med økonomisk støtte fra TrygFonden.
ACUTE PAIN helps the clinician (eg. Doctor or nurse) to safely and quickly convert between different doses of morphine preparations (opioids), both for the patient with acute pain and chronic pain patient. In addition, the application helps with pain scoring and recording of pain history (history) and provides a compendium of background knowledge about acute pain management. ACUTE PAIN contains information on the treatment of adult patients.Based on the patient's current opioid therapy can convert between most of the Denmark registered opioids. The converter can also calculate indicative doses for the treatment of breakthrough pain (pn doses). The application will automatically transfer data from medicin.dk and is always updated with the latest trade names of opioids.
