Danalock

Cannot connect to the lock with this app, lock is useless. Did firmware upgrade and made no difference.Zwave works though. Will have to return the lock.

No possible to login to app... Therefore Lock is not usable... The Message "an error occurred" isn't really helpful. Meanwhile I managed to log in and add my lock. Seems like there a heavy connection problems between server and app, should be fixed to get more stars +1 so far.

Horrible locking. Would not work at all with my Nexus 6. Nexus 6 is also produced Motorola not LG in your guide. Had to switch to classic just to get into my office. 1/5 would not recommend

Still too small auto unlock zone, I get too many false 'leaving auto unlock zone' messages while indoors. This means the lock could auto-unlock while I am indoors, effectively making it unsafe to use. Please make auto-unlock zone size a configurable parameter (trigger range for leaving).

Crashing and slow start of an app. Old version was more stable on samsung s4. I regret i updated.

Crashes when it connects to V2. Which makes the app and the lock useless.

Auto update and now I can't use my lock. Seems this is for the new V3 and it won't identify with my lock at all. What do I do now? If I uninstall I can't find an older version to install and pair with my lock

Deleted my lock after the latest update V3 (while I wasn't home) so I couldn't get in and now I can't add it again so it's useless. Goes all the way through the setup and click finish but the lock doesn't appear on the list

Fix (Nexus 6): uninstall, boot, reinstall. Worked for me, but this is not ok, you developers. I have Danalock v2. Widget does not work. Please fix. Running Android Nougat v7.1.2.

The V3 update deleted my lock and now won't even communicate with the lock therefore I can't add again !

New update and your support service very useless. And danabridge not working...

Auto lock and Auto un-lock when you leave home and you are out of the location range does not work. Could you leave us to define the auto-lock time after unlock? A few minutes it is a very small range of time. I'll consider 15-60 min a possible range...With Z-wave protocol I can lock and unlock with direct commands but if I insert the danalock in a scene on Fibaro HC2 it doesn't work.

Pretty terrible app in every possible way. It seems a bare minimum amount of effort was put into the design as well as features that barely work if they work at all. Study up on material design guidelines and try again.

Dont recognize V2 lock, deletes setup, burns through lock batteries - do not update or install if you have a V2 lock currently

The app doesn't recognise the status of the lock. The lock unlocks over night. Really disappointed

Still no fix to connect with Logitech Harmony which all your sales literature says it can do.... Very poor advertising something it can't do. Also what's the point of realising app updates without fixing issues.... Android widget STILL disappears after you drag it onto the screen yet another function unusable ????????????????????

The latest update have really improved the startup time very much

Very basic / unappealing and slow to connect (to the lock), with many functions not even working properly. Needs a lot of improvements in both design and functionality.

The widget can not be installed on nu Galaxy note8, and the auto unlock feature unlocked my door once while I was already at home for more than 1 hour, which is also not confidence inspiring

Nothing more than for install and setup. Widgets won't work.

The update of the app for v3 has caused the v2 danalock to not work anymore. Whats going on? We buy lock from you and you disable the v2 user? Why you want us to buy v3 is it?

New updates messed up the whole configurations. Please upload back older version.

Many bugs, random shutdowns, calibration in Android is a pain and I had to cheat the app to make it work. Automatic unlock doesn't work, not even once. Please update. Or rewrite.

Works perfect except for the "Auto Unlock", otherwise I'm really happy with both the Danalock and the app. If the "Auto Unlock" feature would work, you'll get 5 stars from me.

App is not functioning as described. Most features are not available. Cannot determine lock state, cannot set auto re-lock time, does not have twist assist, no calibration. The app is a total failure in my opinion. Thinking about returning the lock altogether. Very disappointing.

Obviously some serious issues here that the Danalock team need to handle. App sees lock but cannot communicate with us tried install and uninstall. Tried 10 beeps etc. Tech support very slow to respond

Lock can not be calibrated . When tried in manual calibration lock do not follow turn direction, do not registers turns at all. It is impossible to set up force unlock. If lock even manage to use force unlock it will not go back enough to release the bolt, . When lock in open mode and force unlock blue button pressed it starts whole open procedure and then goes to lock mode even doors are not locked. Software needs serious review. Not sure how to check which version of lock is delivered. Auto calibration do not exist at all in software option. IS THIS SOFTWARE SUPPORTS V2 lock. Tried to reach technical support , but there is no respond at all.

I'm not going to say that this app has been without issues, but the latest version is a lot better than the previous ones. Haven't had a chance to test knock to unlock yet.

Had to turn off Bluetooth then on again, but after that, everything worked as it should. :)
