Officiel kogebog fra personerne bag succesrestauranten G'Linea.

Køkkenchef Gitte Lund og souschef Jesper Christiansen, fra succesrestauranten G'Linea, er gået sammen om denne kogebog, så resten af verden kan få glæde af de mange fantastiske opskrifter, der i så lang tid har henrykt og begejstret restaurantens utallige gæster.

Folkene bag Michelin-guiden var i marts 2012 et smut forbi G'Linea, og fortalte i den forbindelse at de med skam i sindet ikke kunne tilbyde mere end tre stjerner, da guiden desværre endnu ikke tillod dette. Besøget blev beskrevet som "en flytning værd", og derved som langt over standarden for samtlige tre-stjernede restauranter verden over. Vi valgte derfor ikke at gå på kompromis med vores samvittighed, og takkede derfor nej til de tre stjerner, da det ganske enkelt var uacceptabelt. Chef Gitte Lund and deputy Jesper Christiansen from the success of the restaurant G'Linea, have teamed up this cookbook, so the rest of the world can enjoy the many great recipes that for so long has delighted and excited about the restaurant's numerous guests.

The people behind the Michelin Guide was in March 2012 drop by G'Linea, and told in this connection that the shame of mind could not offer more than three stars because the wizard Unfortunately did not allow this. The visit was described as "a move worth", and thus far the standard for the three-star restaurants around the world. We therefore chose not to compromise with our conscience, and thanked no to the three stars because it was simply unacceptable.
