This free app is a blood pressure (BP) log, tracker and charting tool. Simple Blood Pressure log & Diary can help you track blood pressure and pulse readings. We help you do this very simple - nothing fancy just a simple and effective diary.
Each entry can be stored with an optional comment. You can backup your data or share them with your physician. The app also provide visualization of your data. This application is useful for individuals with blood circulation diseases, e.g., hypertension and hypotension. This tool is good for early detection of predisposition to such diseases.
NOTE: This application *is not* a blood pressure monitor and thus will not allow *making* a reading of your blood pressure. You need to use your own calibrated and certified BP meter for that or ask your doctor to make a reading for you. This app contains information about medical conditions and treatments. Great user friendly interface. Easy to record BP. Excellent graphics of history and I love the email history feature, keeps my GP happy! Two minor gripes, the pulse rate could be improved a with a +/- option to adjust and it's hard to "escape" from the app i.e. need to use the "home" option on your phone (I have a Nexus 5). Otherwise, an all round great app

I wish it would log the time you take your BP and +/- for pulse. Also would be nice if once the day is saved if it would change to either the graph screen or give you a option to exit the app.

looks cool, doesn't let you log blood pressure that's outside its scale - mine can drop pretty low so i can't use it, disappointing
