See the options available within schools. See where you can get help to make a good decision for you.

Find jobs, study and leisure jobs. Get help writing CVs and application. Read about your rights as a young worker.

*** Ungdomsliv
Get ideas for what you can spend your leisure time. See who you can contact for help if you are in the midst of a personal problem as loneliness, grief or abuse.
