I have had the VR for about a year now, to start with it was inpressive but obvious it was early days. Nothing has really improved since... today I updated this app as it instructed and now the app wont open. This is meant to be the next big thing? Sort it out guys

I hate to give an app a one star review but if i can't log then there's no reason to have it

Just takes you in a circle you set up account go to the app and it says your pw is invalid. No way to get out of the circle.

Only after DL the quick short cut maker did this app start to install. Only to have this thing popping up asking me for a password w/o even letting me start an acct. So how exactly do I get this to work ??

Still waiting on glasses have to make a acct before 4/20/16 and it's gone be a problem

With out an option to create one or reset ... not good

I downloaded this app.. The system needs a password to enter. How do you set up an account? You can' t enter without a pw????

Not given the option to inter username it only shows for password.

My son downloaded and can't remember password. I Uninstalled and reinstalled but all it ask for is password, how do you reset?

It should say this is NOT for the Samsung VR. That app will download when u plug ur phone into the VR

Made a account online all it says when I open the app is password and every time I putt my password in its says it's wrong

I can't created the ID , because there isn't any choice of it , it just says password without having you created your own ID !

This is not the app you need to connect your phone to the goggles first and it will walk you through it

Follow this steps if you haven't receive your VR like me: 1. Download Quick shortcut maker; 2. Search VR Gear Setup Wizard Stub; 3. Click try; 4. Then download the apps including Oculus; 5. Confirm email from your phone so it will automatically ask you to log in to Oculus app. 6. Downlaod ans enjoy your free 6 games. Hope this helps.

This is a complete rip off when we can't create an account and the last day to do so is today!!! Oculus needs to extend the download date.

I have read all the comments made before me about the free games download. One says plug in your phone to the glasses. Doesn't work for those who haven't recieved them. Another says download the app and sign in. Can't do that since it asks for you password without a username. Then one says that I have to have a oculus acct to sign in and then download the games. Well I've had an account for a bit over a month and there is no option to download my free games. This will be a issue if ppl can't get their games

I spent 3 hrs calling my service provider and googling what to do to try and download my promo bundle THE ONLY thing that helped was download Create Shortcut Maker on Google Apps store search VR create the shortcut and should prompt you to create/sign up for Oculus Acct and Download the app HOPE THIS HELPS!

I KNOW THE FRUSTRATION, BUT TO GET PROMO BEFORE 04/20 HAVE TO MAKE AN OCULUS ACCOUNT!! ONLY WAY TO GET PROMO IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED VR GLASSES YET.

the one you are looking for is located in Samsung gear. made this mistake myself. Samsung made it especially tricky and the free games are crap.

Take the advice of the guys saying you haveto download that QuickShortcutMaker then search VR gear Setup Wizard on your phone that's hidden in it. Once installed from there it takes you to the Oculus account setup and sign in. When you create your username and password then verify the 6 game bundle option appears. Samsung should've told folks it's not a mandatory pick & choose 6 game bundle option. Yes, you can decide which of the 6 you want to download but they've already decided on the 6 games to download

What's the point of this app??? I signed up on the website and i get the app and it tells me invalid password??? What the hell?? I also got that quick launch app.....what does that do?? Nothing!!!. Fix this and help us!! Just a waste of time!!

I installed the app. I created an account. I'm following the directions and it says my password is invalid. Oh and the help phone number says "all circuits are busy"

Plug your phone into the VR gear. This will prompt a download for the correct app. You can either create a login or if you already created one you can use it.

Plug in your VR headset then your phone does all the work. This is fake and wont work.

So I got an email yesterday the 18th sayin the games expire on the 20th. I don't even have the glasses yet and what is this password they're asking for as soon as you download the app?? Seems like a rip off to me even though it was free, I was looking forward to it. False advertisement

Goes straight to password but like everyone else is saying what password how do you reset this non existent password ? This really isn't set up very well at all!

Promo password has not come in and i have not received my glasses. Was this just a scam?

Had the same experience with this app. Called TMOBILE talked to someone for 30 minutes. Transferred me to Samsung another 40 minutes. They transferred me to oculus after 40 minutes of being on hold. I hung up... ridiculous!!!!!

Go to playstore, get quickshortcutmaker, which is handy in general. Once its installed search for gear vr setupwizard. It is already an app hidden in your phone. Once you find that install and get promo. Hope this helps

Set up account, but won't recognize password. Gives no help to fix whatever is wrong. FIX IT. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

This is not the app you are looking for when setting up your new VR gear. Simply put your phone in your gear and then it will prompt you to the proper place.

I created an account on my home computer but when I try to login on my phone it says invalid password. Please get this fixed it's very frustrating

I've already set up my account but when I put in the password it says invalid. Ugh

To get the free games you have to sync your Gear VR and then it automatically downloads. Don't use this one. I did this and got my games yesterday.

I would like it better if i could put other streaming app on this device such as hulu. Also can i go on the live Internet with these?

If you plug your phone into the oculus goggles, it will download automatically!!!! Just be ready for a lot of data to be downloaded to your phone

When you download the app, it will ask for a password. The password is "Oculus". Once you are in, you can change password. Make sure you are connected to wi-fi and it will automatically down load the settings you need. Good luck

Can't log in have till the 20th to get the free games. No headset was ever shipped. This must be a scam to get people to buy the galaxy S7.
