I Notifier kan man modtage notifikationer fra carePlan platformen. På den måde får man sine beskeder, påmindelser etc. direkte på sine smartPhone uden at skulle tilgå carePlan administrationen. The Notifier can receive notifications care plan platform. That way you get your messages, reminders, etc. directly on its smartphone without having to access the care plan administration.
