Reptile Scan

Easy to use. Takes a long time to import past tracking from other programs. But after that it's easy to use and self explanatory!

Very good app!

Reptile Scan is the best tool for managing your pet collection and I absolutely love it. My only negative comment is I wish the app wasn't so clunky. I find myself using the website more than the app. For example, in order to submit an entry at a later date for feeding or weight, I have to log into the website to manually enter a date and it's rather inconvenient =/ I also prefer the way the website organizes and presents data.

horrible- it has a hard time launching and i frequently need to force close, many tasks just send you to the web version which has a clunky UI that takes forever to do the simplest of tasks, no notifications to alert you if you have a hungry animal , NO SUPPORT whatsoever even tho they claim to always be trying to improve it. This app is a rip off, I am still not sure why on earth it comes with such a high price tag. All things considered, this is by far the worst app I have ever used... why no 0 star option?

My biggest complaint is that I have to log into the Web version in order to add a new reptile or rack system. I don't understand why this feature isn't available in the app it's self.

So I downloaded the app some of the stuff is ok but it won't let you load some pictures in the app shuts off before I left feedback I send an email to try to get it resolved had somebody message me back asking me what phone I had excetera excetera I answered his question no response I've emailed several times since then still no response for 25 bucks I think the actual work flawlessly I would like my money back I don't recommend

Room to improve. When you choose pictures you have to do it 10 times before it will show up. The app is very helpful but can be extremely slow. I'd say improve or people aren't gonna buy it.

Not worth the cash. The app is only data entry, not view. You can't create reptiles on the app. You have to use the website for all of this which is not very nice to use. I'd like feeding reminders for free, graphs for free, last eaten dates.

I need a refund please...I'm unable to use this program.

Downloaded and entered all info. Does not open now. Says there is an error.

I love this app. I only wish that all the features available online were available on the app.

The old version had a light to help with scanning in low light, I cannot find out how to turn it on. Is there any way I can delete the new update and go back to the old?

It's a good app, but I've been trying to get some questions about using it answered on their FB page and no one responds.

I love this app and would give it 5 stars if I didn't have to log into the Web version just to add a new animal or rack. The fact that creating a qr code is advertised and appears nowhere in the app or Web version is frustrating, since I cannot list a mating without scanning a qr code. I would like the ability to just select one of the animals I have available.

The amount of info I can keep about my snakes is really useful. It does its job well. However when uploading photos they all show up sideways and I can't seem to rotate them to the correct way. Also would be useful to sort my snakes out into separate lists such as adults, sub-adults, hatchlings etc. I can't seem to find a way to do that. Other than that it's a brilliant app

Dot have a lot of animals yet but I soon will an can tell you this app is going to invaluable. Devs you did an awesome job. Thanks!I can't wait to see what the future updates will be.

I can't register or log in? 25 bucks for this?

I love this app and the corresponding pc application, however there's one thing missing from the app as far as I can tell. I can't add anything through the app. I don't always log onto the laptop to add things, so having the ability to add reptiles, feedings, among other things, would be a great help. Please fix this and you'll get five

Your new update totally screwed the scanner it takes an act of God to get anything scanned now. I liked the old version so much better go back to it.

The new scan is very hard to get to scan the program is very slow loading and sometimes doesn't load at all. I do like the new layout but for what we pay for this it should run a lot smoother

How im suposed to scan now?

This new version is much better in my opinion, theres just a couple of changes i would like, i know its called reptilescan and the ability to scan qr codes is great its just i dont use the qr codes, ive tried its just to much hassle for me with changing tubs etc so i would like it if there was a manual way of inputting data such as the two ive noticed that force you to use qr codes which are pairing and clutches, inputting weights and feeds are much easier for me now though and alot quicker

Not sure what to do. Seems like it could be great but can't figure it out

Helpful app

Although this is the best I have found so far, it still has a very long way to go. The UI is incredibly slow and clunky. It looks like he has tried to replicate the iPhone interface on android which is awful. The web interface is not laid out well at all, it just lists everything. Considering its built using bootstrap I could lay it out better in under an hour, this feels rushed and not thought through at all. Considering the price I would expect a LOT more, not functionality wise (although it is lacking and the 'PRO' feature should be as standard) but usability. As another user said, its much quicker to just use pen and paper than this (or an excel spreadsheet).

The ability to track every detail of your reptile is nice and useful, but at 25USD, it's a bit on the expensive side. Wanted to upgrade to premium, but for 249USD lifetime membership, I'd rather buy a couple of new herstats. Lowered price equals 5 stars. This is just too expensive

Well now it won't even load on my phone after the latest update even after uninstalling and reinstalling.....please fix this quickly

This is the best software I have used to keep records for my reptiles. Just need a switch to turn the light off.

This is by far the worst, feature lacking app. Ever. You guys are a rip off.

Own 10 ball pythons and a red tail boa. Love the ease of use with being able to add things right away. Only complaint I have is that I can't put my courting and breedings in without the qr code. Don't have a printer yet to print them out, but this app is fantastic! I absolutely love it and recommend it for everyone, even if you just have 1 reptile. My collection will soon be growing again and this app will be there for it. Love it!!!

I feel this app is spot on for what I want and really aids my animal keeping and breeding. Keep up the good work guys I look forward to any new features

Works great does everything it says it does. Just a few things I would like to see is photos of the animals without having to open each animal. Also I loaded my business logo I would like to be able to print the logo with qr code cards and for expo cards. Keep up the good work guys. Xavier Jeffery

So much quicker and easier having mini books stuck to all my vivs than spending hours messing around with this app, to set it up my 28snakes took hours and takes ages to record anything like feeds sheds etc. Trying to find if I can get a refund but not a clue where to start...Google search here i come!!
