Med Aarhus Taxas app har du taxaen lige ved hånden. App’en er gratis at hente og bruge.

Vi vil gerne sikre os, at dit mobilnummer ikke bliver misbrugt. Derfor skal du registrere dig, inden du tager app’en i brug.

Når du åbner app’en finder den din nærmeste adresse. Du kan godkende adressen eller flytte markøren hen til den adresse, du vil hentes på. Du kan også søge på adresser og stednavne.

Når afhentningsadresse er valgt har du mulighed for at vælge biltype samt at specificere leveringsadresse eller sted. Du kan også skrive en besked til chaufføren.

Du kan både vælge at blive hentet snarest muligt, eller du kan forudbestille en vogn.

Når du har bestilt vognen, modtager du et referencenummer. Du får besked, når vognen er på vej, og du kan følge vognen på kortet og se vognnummeret. Du kan godt annullere din bestilling. Men kun indtil der er en vogn på vej for at hente dig.
