Samsung Galaxy S8+ HORRIBLE app. What a joke you play with students! First you make it look that you care for them by letting them use their phones or tablets to deal with homework, but then you make it impossible to finish anything. When I touch the screen to answer a quiz question it suddenly jumps to another question and when I touch the screen again it jumps again. Why can't you allow me do my homework on the website?? Also even when I say "remember me" the app keeps asking my email and password after every time I close it. What the hell guys??

Galaxy S7. App will not let me answer questions. Every 3-5 minutes it will stop working (that is if I can even open it at all). The screen fits my phone after a little bit. Takes the app a long time to process answers when it does work. If you have the option of using a computer I suggest not wasting your time with this app.

Not easy to use at all. Tiny font, tiny buttons, hard to navigate. Should be much better quality for the price of the textbook and the way you are forced to use the app if you want to work on a mobile device.

While the desktop browser version of Smartbook works well enough, the app does nothing to alter the form factor for mobile use. It forces my phone into landscape mode and the page is too small to read comfortably. Pinch-to-zoom does not work like it is supposed to. What is the point of an app if it does nothing to match the needs of your form factor (phone, tablet)?

Bad graphics and many of different loading symbols when one item is loading so you never know how long.

Great and useful app. Links directly to my ASU account via blackboard. It's a bit slow, but so handy on-the-go.

Worked well. Wasn't as fast on loading than I would've liked and I couldn't zoom into the questions, so those with small screens should avoid it since I was just able to make it out on a 5.5in screen

This app sucks and goes slow..have to use it for school gives me a headache

Works really well with my Pixel 2XL! Not sure why it has so many one-star reviews. Great for taking care of assignments on-the-go!

Short version: don't get this app. It's terrible and probably doesn't work for you. When I signed in, it said I had no titles to download or to open... This happened in all the other McGraw Hill apps you can find so it's not that I downloaded the wrong one (why are there so many anyways??). Even if it did let me access my books I paid $200 for, I would be forced to read it in landscape mode anyways.

I have a surface book ($2500) and running this software on my internet is atrocious because it constantly lags. Having a s8 + I can say that hardware isn't the problem at all. This entire software is broken and is super zoomed out when using my phone.

Horrible app. Skips questions when I haven't even touched the screen, takes forever to load the course and never remembers my info even when I click "remember me"

Does not work. Each time you tap a link it's takes about 2 minutes to load, with approximately 50% reliability. You WILL NOT get any work done on this app. Don't even waste your time, do your work on your PC.

UNUSABLE on a phone. When it asks me how to appear on the ladder, I'm unable to scroll down to accept. Being able to change the orientation would be nice.

This app is a VERY sad excuse for an educational learning tool. As a college student who primarily does work on their tablet rather than a computer, I am very frustrated that this is my only option for doing my class assignments. The app is constantly freezing, taking a long time to load, and will skip questions while I am in the process of answering them. I have invested hundreds of dollars into this company, and I am sure all other users have as well, to get adequate access to the learning tools they have to offer. It is just pathetic that they haven't come up with an app that WORKS. McGraw Hill, PLEASE fix your app.

Though this program is helpful, this app is a terrible platform. After each question the app spends the next few minutes flashing between various other questions before finally just going black. It took me 10 minutes to get through 2 questions. I only got this app because the program will not run on mobile phones without it. It should not be required for moble users, (I am sure the website would be fine), and/or it should be updated to be usable.

This app is terrible. It skips through questions without letting me answer them. It glitches, and crashes. Please fix it, you're letting alot of students down.

Shouldn't be this bad when youre paying minimum $100 to use their products. Bi-product of the chokehold publishers have on students. Unacceptable.
