Terrible app...just takes up memory space. Tried a few times, takes forever to log in and when it finally does (once) I cannot access anything. The sidebar is blank except for logo and language. White space for the rest of screen, no toolbar showing. I was trying to use it on my tablet (lg) for bio class. They charge an arm and leg for access code but can't put any of that money towards better developers??? It is pretty obvious they do not care about apps because so many complaints. I was really excited to using this but can't even. Uninstalling.

Wtf is wrong with this garbage app? It just auto cycles through questions like 5 per second as if I am clicking answers incorrectly. I'm not even touching the screen. Then the app is all like looks like you are struggling. Please review your reading. I haven't even answered a question. I made better apps than this after less than a month of development. This is horrendous.

I feel like this app had a lot of potential. I really like the learn Smart Connect features on their website but unfortunately this app is not intuitive and it doesn't really work. It's really difficult to switch back to reading mode to research answers unlike the website where it's very easy to do. Hopefully McGraw-Hill will improve this app in the future.

App just shows white or black screen. I can tap around and it switches from the two. I can randomly tap a link on the main page. Nexus 5

This app should be called strobe light because all it even does is give you a white screen and when you touch it, the screen starts flashing from white to black. Was there honestly even any attempt to create a working app here? Who does this company hire for its web design and app design? I am still in disbelief that so many schools would rely on such an unreliable resource.

What the hill is going on they just came to promote this and we installed it but have not seen any success yet to read. It is just a black and white screen with no ability of any options but to staring at the plain screen. If we can not use it while we are taking the class then what the hill are we going to do with it after our semester ends. I would have given a big zero if the zero was available but still take my 1 star as a big zero.

Both this app and the website crash more often than they work. For the most part this app only shows a flashing black and white screen. I'd give this 0 stars if that was an option. McGraw Hill needs to completely drop their attempts to use flash for websites and need to employ actual app developers if they're going to tout a mobile app.

Each time I have tried to open an assignment the app closes immediately. A McGraw Hill rep came to my school and was advertising how great this app is and how we could use it on our phones,tablets, etc. Unfortunately that does not seem to be the case. So disappointed!!

Since my computer is down this is the only alternative and it has failed me. Is there any way you can personally send me an email to give to my teacher to explain to him why your stuff is not working to save my scholarships and my GPA?

I downloaded so I could do my assignments that are on connect that my My teacher is requiring. I thought I would download this app to make it easy to do assignments on the go, app does not work. The app has not even been updated since October 5th 2015. I love how they charge almost $100 for a book that expires and they can't even have an app that works.

Tried logging in and fails to accept my credentials. Can login just fine on my laptop. Piece of junk till Mcgraw Hill pulls their heads out of their butts

I have installed, uninstalled, then reinstalled this & again. When I open it, I get a black screen. I have not been able to used this app. I installed through the qr scanner, through the web, & through the play store. I will try once more AND restart my phone, but I have NEVER had an app act like this. Not very professional.

Worst app I've ever downloaded and I've never left reviews. This one deserved it. Just flickers White and black when you touch screen

Not only does McGraw hill charge you an arm and a leg for their book, but their app is completely and utterly useless. I downloaded it and it won't load. Touching the screen just makes it flash black and white. I took an into to programming class and I'm positive I could create an app that at least turns on. That's probably because the class didn't use McGraw Hill. Thank you for ripping me off and giving me a terrible education.

Wow, this is truly awful. If you aren't going to invest in creating a reasonably functional app, why invest at all? Forced to use this platform for my class and it's definitely the worst online learning tool I have ever used.

i completed two assignments in the app come to find out it didnt transfer the information to regular account so to my instructor it looks like i never completed it......

You can't even look in the text book for help if you don't know it. It also crashes after going a few questions.

I've used Learnsmart on my computer and loved it. I thought it would be great for have an app where I can do these anywhere. Sucks that the app does not work. Fix this please!

Just a white screen that turns into a strobe light when you touch it. Literally the worst app I have ever downloaded. A high schooler could do better. Hire some real app developers, I know you can afford it from what we pay for your textbooks. Also, the fact that this app has been completely unusable for months now according to the reviews tells me that you have zero commitment to actually developing this platform and that the marketing you've done for it is a complete scam.

Downloaded it twice. There's only a flashing white screen. You would think that with the money we pay for this LearnSmart program they would make it accessible to us! Another gimmick, I suppose.

As soon as I open the app I get a white page, when I tap the white page it spazes out like a zebra on psychedelic drugs. I really hope this gets fixed.

Obviously it's been broken for years...please just fix the issue. It won't work on my samsung s7... if it worked at all this app would be so useful... Please... please fix it

App is slow, buggy, unintuitive, poorly designed, and now completely unusable in Android M.

I opened the app and signed in everything worker ok for about 30 seconds then it crashed!!

This app is horrible... blinks in and out, blacks your screen and freezes up your phone. What's the point of having an Ebook you cant use or do your homework through the app. Please FIX.

I love this app!! I wouldn't have made it through A&P without this. The only reason I didn't give 5 is because it had a few chapters missing when I needed it

For some reason I only have access to one chapter, very frustrating, if i could put zero stars i would.

Don't bother downloading. You can't read the book at all from the app, the display is terrible, you can only answer the practice questions on a terrible display.

I've been using the website on my phone when I'm traveling. However, I can longer use their website on my mobile device. Suddenly I have to use this garbage app that is only successful at giving a flashing screen. I remember I tried using it once a year or two ago and I could at least answer questions and such on it; I just couldn't read the book. Anyways, point is, I'm really angry with the exceptionally poor work McGraw Hill put into this app. They must have gone out of their way to make this detritus.

As with all things McGraw Hill Connect related, it's just not fully completed. I had black and white screen, had to tap a few things to get it to show. Maybe over time it will prove less infuriating than the website. I'll update as I learn more.

I bought an entire note 4 so I could do learnsmart from my phone. Everything's a go except your app. Wtg. Developers, are you gong to address this problem?

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I was very disappointed on the whole set up. Having to hold my phone sideways to be able to read such small lettering and to be able to read the questions in its entirety. Let alone paying $85 for a subscription that is so poorly put together but I had to in order to turn in homework but now it keeps crashing and I'm having to answer the questions over and over again and need to submit to my instructor. This app can be very helpful but come on... $85? It needs so much work! Please fix!

I wish all chapters were available like the desktop version and the quality of the screen size is weird. This app really needs big adjustments!

The "read about this" option that is available with the desktop version isn't on the app. Everything is running smoothly but that one problem which has made completing work on my phone nearly impossible since I can't read the book.
