Mindfulness Baseret Stress Reduktion (MBSR) er et videnskabeligt dokumenteret, virkningsfuldt program, der anvender intensiv træning i mindfulness til forbedring af helbred og livskvalitet, herunder effektiv håndtering af symptomer på stress, angst og depression, hos syge og raske personer. APPen indeholder alle øvelser, der indgår i MBSR kurset: Liggende yogaprogram, stående yogaprogram, solhilsen, kort body scan, lang bodyscan, gående meditation, spise meditation og loving kindness.
