a41cv for Android
The HP41CV was THE calculator in the early 80's. Thank you for making this app, seeing it brought alive like this made me a little emotional. Thank you and keep up the good work!
But many/most countries use . or space as a thousands separator and , as the decimal separator, so please add that to the options? And maybe let each visible register have its own line in the display, rather than those little boxes? Good calculator though!
Wore out a 41C and a 41CV in 25 years. This app is way better than HP's current calculators.
Fix decimal not right.
Still have my 41cv by my chair but use this when out and about.
I can even put in the code I used to have in my defunct 41CV. Nice job. At the time, I bought a 2k memory pack to boost the calculator capacity. Now with my android platform I have 32Gb !!!
I have had a HP41CV during school time and missed it. I use this one almost daily.
Thanks for your great job
This really is the closest to the real thing. I use it all the time at work. No need to carry a scientific calculator around for with me any longer. Give it a try.
The display might be alright for a phone but on a tablet, the keys scale but not the fonts on the keys on on the faceplate. In landscape mode, the unused portion is distracting. The emulation should include various module packs as who would use a HP41CV without the math pack and thermal pack. The faceplates on a 41C series were replaceable so the various optional faceplates as well as those with the module packs should also be emulated. As this is an open source product, there's a chance it may get better
for memory shortage reasons at_PlayStore update time of apps. 2015.11.13.Fr.21.30.
A nice implementation of a 41cv for android and means I don't have to carry my real 41 around all the time.
… too fussy. Try go41c for a full simulation
Simply outstanding!
too small on my screen. would love to have it on full screen... there are some mm left. Even when resizing buttons.
Very good. I waited a long time for this.
Great emulation. Two suggestions. 1. Allow the user to adjust the haptic vibration time or make it shorter. 2. Enlarge the key press area.
Clearing data to repair failure to start after update to v1.3.1 did not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Now working fine.
Crashes every time I try to start it. It worked for the most part prior to the update
Awesome! Now I can have my HP41 with me where ever I go instead of the lame calculator that came with the phone.
Great app! I was struggling with another RPN calculator.
FC after changing settings. Couldn't start it again. Uninstalled
Super simulator of the best calculator ever built. RPN with all the programming of the 41. Thank you. This is great to have on my Droid.
A good start is there but still incomplete. The iOS version i41CX is very complete as is the Palm v41 app. An example of a good emulator voor Android is the Droid48 app for the later HP48GX. So go on !
Sweet
I still use my hp41cv, after 30+ years. Now its in my pocket all the time. Nice, faithful emulator, needs skinning, and more responsive keys.
That is it !
I haven't tried any programming, but all other functions are second nature to anyone who used the HP41 for a long time. Long time RPN people really struggle with conventional calculators. Thanks for creating this!
Found infix calculator and started looking around, and found this android emulator for my desktop unit. Nice to have a familiar unit surface, I have yet to put it through tests. Bravo!
WOW accurate representation of my old standby
too small on my screen. would love to have it on full screen... there are some mm left
Brings back memories of those good ol' days!
Ugly GUI and pgm mode crashes every time. Display too small.
Mostly, I use this one.

All I was really looking for was a RPN calculator with HP41 layout, but this app actually supports programmable keys just like my trusty HP41. Kudos to the developer.

It's hard to believe someone could have done such a good job. And no ads!
Everything one could want in a classic HP-brand RPN calculator and more. Excellent app. Thanks for bringing my favorite calculator from my college days into my phone.
