DJI GO--For products before P4

Drains cell battery in 4 hours even when closed, always deleting and reinstalling, other than that works well. Running on a Samsung s2 at the moment / runs way better with newer adroid phone and excellent on tablet.

Updated today and they still did not fix the issues for Android 8.1 been going on since early Dec 16

This app is so bad on the Pixel. Never consistent when it comes to connecting my Mavic Pro. Always has issues,can maybe launch 2/10 times. Crashes frequently and makes my Mavic Pro totally unusable.

The mere fact you need a user name and a password to fly your drone is a joke let alone every update removes the stored password. I have missed too many shots trying to log in and even when I do there is invariable another issue to resolve with the drone. My experience with dji products has been appalling, I will never buy another and never recommend dji to anyone.

my osmo is useless because the only app to use it recognizes it as an inspire. such a f*ing disappointment.

DJI is Honest, But the FAA is like not. If you buy a drone, you have to register it with the FAA. TOTAL SCAM

After update firmwere 24/1/2018 I can not use my osmo mobile. It keeping error. Please fix it asap. I need to use it for my vacation that will be next week.

I absolutely love this app with my p3se but after halfway threw the flight the app crashes. It might be my phone running out of Ram.

Very limited handset compatibility. Uses a lot of data in the background. Firmware updates are nearly always a compete nightmare.

Bad bad bad, will not work with Google pixel 2 or 2XL. Keeps crashing and won't connect to mobile device mic. Terrible customer support experience. Osmo cannot catch up with high end devices?

Do not update your app to the newer version. I haven't had my P3A out in a few months turned it on and was flying it fine. Done the update and firmware update now can't view camera tried uninstalling and reinstalled still no joy. Needs fixed ASAP...

Works great on my galaxy s7 edege.. -Mavic Pro ..had 1 app crash (no signal) prompt.. rebooted my phone and it worked like a champ.

Signal lost 5 meters away almost lost my drone. App crashing when drone its in air. These FCC / CE killed my Phantom 3 SE, good by Dji i ll refund my phantom

Can't use Osmo Mobile with Pixel 2XL: software mic permission renders $200+ device pretty useless. This hasn't been fixed in a while and the latest software update still doesn't fix it. Pathetic.

I was hoping the Jan 24 2018 update would fix the mic permissions bug on Pixel devices. It's still there, so you cannot record video with the app. That makes this pretty much useless for me since I will only use this for the Osmo Mobile.

Forced to download this app for phantom 4. App is not compatible, so now can't use the drone. Client is furious. Will never buy a product from you ever again. Total scam, avoid at all costs.

Doesn't work. And don't want to have to login in to use my gear. I didn't agree to that when I purchased the drone. Want a refund. We ALL SHOULD ASK FOR REFUNDS OR REPORT DJI UNTIL THIS IS CORRECTED!

Even with the Jan 2018 update, I can rarely make it through a flight without the app crashing. It also occasionally has issues finding the drone on startup, and sometimes locks me into the "not logged in" mode, letting me only fly within 30m. I wish there was an alternative for a Phantom 3 SE ????

Crashes on S8+,flying with P3S. Previous version crashes on mid flight, you have quality control on you app development, RIGHT? If you do , they dropped the ball on this release. If you do not( devs test the product) I recommend hiring some quick. Litchi is doing better job than you and they are 3rd party.

Terrible support for the app. Doesn't work with Galaxy S8. In order to make work for S8 need to download the March version of the apk from Google. Otherwise the drone is useless as you can't fly without the app. Kind of a pain to have to turn off manual updates from the play store just so that this app will continue to work. Would think DJI would be embarrassed by the inability to keep up with new technology/screen resolutions...

It's been almost 2 years and still no phatom 3 4k support, still can't connect, $1k waste of money to a company not willing to support their products. I'll never buy DJI again.

Finally 4k support added for Note 8 using Osmo Mobile. It took a while but we got there in the end!!

Worst app always crashes. Don't buy dji osmo mobile. if you having high end Android mobile with latest updates. Cheap gimbals are there for stability purpose instead of buying this. @Dji provide update my pixel2 crashes frequently and prompting for mic issue And crashes

Long exposure with dji osmo mobile is not working properly . Picture is coming with weird patterns on it. I'm using Samsung note 8. App it self very basic. There is nothing much you can change in settings.

UPDATE (1/24/18): Latest update does NOT fix any issues with Pixel 2 XL and Pixel 2 with Android 8.1. DJI Customer support has just acknowledged there is an issue after 2 months of specific reporting on their website. No word yet on a fix. Latest version is unable to work with Pixel 2 XL Android 8.1. It's unable to connect to the audio in the device so it is unable to produce any video through the app. I didn't buy an Osmo Mobile to just hold the device steady but for it's advanced timelapse features. Customer support is by far the worst. Using it the way it was not intended is unacceptable. There's never any feedback on when things get patched. Guess I will need to sell it and get a MOVI.

I have Android 8.1 with a Google Pixel. Use to work last time I played on my Osmo Mobile. Updated their device (actual Osmo Mobile) and now video doesn't work. Says to allow Osmo to a inccess my mic. Go to permissions and it ALREADY has mic access. Am not impressed. Wasted $300 USD

DJI firmware upgrades are not well written. Disconnects and RC Linking are common causing a lot of frustrated users. Update: my problems went away when I bought Litchi. Never looked back - well until now anyway. Crashes are just a memory now. Litchi is the answer...

The android app is broken with it asking for permission to the mic everytime I want to record video. It doesn't even work when I give it the necessary permissions. 500 dollar device and they're basically forcing us to upgrade. You're probably better off with a Zhiyun device with this sort of support...

Had trouble signing up with a new password, it won't focus on the password field. Problem sorted after switching app.

No more privacy in the app, from now on you have to create fake email, or use your own if you want to fly with your toys. Scrap.

R u gonna do something for android 7.0 naugat ???? It's been too long and u still haven't fixed the compatibility issue !!! Yet alot of users complain, and u definitely know about the problem but u insist on not having a solution for it !!!

Droid RAZR v2.1.x app states that it unexpectedly stopped. No idea of how to fly my drone. Help

FINALLY AFTER ALMOST TWO MONTHS! The app is finally fixed for Android 8.x devices. The app is fine when it works. If you own a newer device, I'd proceed with caution, DJI seems to give android second priority over ios and their Chinese support is terrible.
