Error "Password cannot be greater than 15 characters". I can login to my account just fine on desktop and mobile. I'm not reducing my security on a financial account just to use an app. Uninstalled.

Keeps crashing, can't change my allocations.

This needs to be fixed now!

This app does what I needed it to do. Just a quick glance at my retirement account. Signed in okay and loaded all the correct details. I'm using an LG G4. Thanks!

Not sure why people are giving this a bad rating. Installed and logged me right in, able to perform all actions as if I were on a pc in a browser.

Click on the OK for the connection error and it comes right back. Poor.

Hey TransAmerica... do you really consider this a "world class" app? I hope you do better world class investing. With a company as large as TransAmerica one would think you could develop a better app than this. My local hometown banks app blows this out of the water. Minimal functionality and difficulty navigating links. It's hard to tell what's a link and what's not. At best this app is good for merely checking balances.

Nothing works...the app, the website, nothing. All the fees you charge not only me, but my company as well and you cant invest in a capable IT department....pathetic.

Lost detail and ease of use. Also continues to give session time out errors as I try to switch pages trying to find detail that was once easy to see.

All of the content was squashed to the side and the Remember Me on sign in doesn't work. This is what happens when you don't care about mobile experience! Uninstalled.

Would be a great help.

Fund, stock, mf ticker symbols would be nice and helpful in order to follow the market.

After this update, I can't even use the app. It used to be great a few updates ago when you could just sign in with a saved pin. That changed to password and ID. NOW IT'S USELESS PERIOD. I won't even open. Never once have I been able to open it after the last update.

Worked fine until latest update. Now just gets stuck in "Please wait" loop trying to log me in. Latest update no better.....and most recent iteration now immediately crashes. Is anyone really working to make this app at least minimally functional? Hello? Update 10/30/15.....STILL won't open. Suggest paying for a new programmer. Update 1/21/16.....finally working! Update 6/26/16, can't login again.

App update, yep! Still Garbage! App update 2: Yep! still a piece of $#|÷! Unfortunately my employer decided to go with TA for our 401k plans. So I download the app to see exactly how little my nest egg is growing and the text in the app is so big that all the formatting is so bad that you can't read anything. Font size for the main menu is 200+ and the input boxes for the login/password is .00025 (Same as the return on their highest risk investments ironically!) Fix your $%@%!!!!

Useless! Ever since I was made to stop using ny SS# to sign in I can't ever access the site!!!!! I'm forced to reset my password every time I want to access the site. When I call for assistance no one can figure out what the problem is. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I created an account through the website with a secure password and this mobile app won't let me log in with my existing password because the password is too long. it works on the website...

Trying to view detailed reports of a portfolio will crash the app. Great job guys, a real winner here.

This app will only show ONE retirement account if you have multiple. You'd think with the insanely high fees they would make an app that works correctly.

I love the functionality and easy access to the information I need. The Retirement Outlook inspires me to save more for retirement.

I use one plus one with latest android. After login, app screens are squeezed into small rectangular box and pushed to the top left corner of my phone screen. I see nothing. Looks like some bug.

The new update works well on my Samsung Galaxy Tab. I haven't had this app in about a year, but gave it another try and it works.

Can't do anything to manage your account like transfer funds, it's very limited.

Works well. But crashes frequently. Also, when summarizing the allocations, I wish it would show just my allocations. Not all of them.
