NPS Calculator

NPS Calculator is the first App on the play store to calculate the Net Promoter Score!
After entering the number of respondents on each value of the NPS scale from 0 to 10 and clicking on Calculate, the % of detractors, % of neutrals and % of promoters will be calculated along with the NPS.

Net Promoter is a score that measures customer loyalty as opposed to the traditional customer satisfaction methods. Empirical studies have shown that it is correlated to company’s revenues.
NPS is measured on a scale from 0 to 10 where customers answering from 0 to 6 are called detractors, from 7 to 8 neutrals and from 9 to 10 promoters. The NPS is calculated by subtracting the percentage of detractors from the percentage of promoters.
