Palace Pets in Whisker Haven

I've had this game for my daughter for months. I paid to unlock the pets and until recently she was a daily player. Now whenever she opens the game it won't complete the loading process before it crashes. It's now just a waste of money and taking up space. I don't want to delete it in case it can be fixed and I don't want to lose the pets I paid for. I'm not sure what to do other than to keep reporting it until it gets fixed.

My daughter had well over 300 diamonds and was on level 8 or higher with all of her animals and now she is back at 1 for everyone. How disappointing. I have paid enough for upgrade accessories and extra pets. That took a while to.restore? This is not fair. This only happened with the Disney games.

This game isn't very likable, but if you download Palace Pets it's WAY better than this game. For one, in the beginning it gives you all of the pets so they are available to use right away. You don't have to pay any money for them either. It's great for little ones too. I'd say it's for about 2 and up though. It's a GREAT game!

This is a horrible game because you need to pay some of the pets which are asleep and some accesories that is unfair for that. Please do not download this game kids. Pleas do not do it! I am already fed up with this game already and really mad. I just wish this game does'nt have any purchases. If it does'nt have any purchases I would give it 5★ for that. (-_-)

I would have rated it 5 stars except that it cost over $30 for a toddler /preschool app to actually get the other components. How ridiculous! My daughter loves this app and it works fantastic but it's not worth $30+.

OMG IT IS SO CUTE! I don't care if you have to spend money. I've got treasure to keep me company! I'm so happy I found this game! I love it. Thank you for inventing such a cute game. And by the way. Haters would you like it if someone said that your game sucks.

It is a cute game . I loved it. But u should unlock more than 2 pets for free . I think this is really q good game but i didn't gave it five stars because everything is locked and it is ridiculous . U SHOULD FIX THIS

Along with my sanity...for some reason I am no longer able to purchase new pets. I tried to uninstall and restore purchases already made and still nothing!!! I feel like a horrible person, now not only can she not have new pets but her old ones are gone too!!!!!!!

will not even load! it's ridiculous that I spent 5 HOUR! downloading wisher haven tails for my 2 year old daughter and the app will not even work!

I love it! Even though I can only play with two animals it's so fun! You earn diamonds so easily! And you level up so fast! I highly recommend! Only thing is you have to pay money for tons of animals which I will not be paying for.

The game is cool and the characters are adorable but I can't get past level 20. And it becomes boring and dumb if you're stuck at the same place forever so that makes me sad

Trinity Hughston said that if you download palace pets the original it's waaaaaay better but I disagree because you can only do dress up with the original and you get to do more stuff on this one and I should know cause I'm a kid

Paid 22.99 for 14 Pets(!) just to find out less than a month later there are now 17 pets and the other 3 can't be bought for less than another 10 bucks - or by buying all again, now for 24.99! This is why Disney is so often reviled.

App has 2 default pets then you need to buy the (many) others. I bought another pet on my account and wasn't able to access it on my daughters restricted account. Won't be buying again,

Its nice i love to play it but i do wish that you could buy some pets and accessories with your own gems. And also i wished that at the start of the game, they would give you more than two pets like maybe 4 pets. But other than that its a nice game!

I'm super mad I paid for so many pets and so many accessories and it kept crashing so I uninstalled it and tried multiple times to try and get the transactions back and it keeps saying it failed that's like over 30 dollars on this and now it's gone?!?! This better be fixed and we better get reimbursement for this mistake you guys really need to fix this I will be calling google play until something gets done about this my 6 year old daughter is really upset now...

Ok its better now im mirazon actually her daughter bella so you fixed it but why cant you just wake up all the pets bec im really tired of playing same old pets so i gave you four stars untill you wake them up so if you make a third one then i will give your fifth start so better work on it now and never mind my bossy attidude

You shoud get but even if you don't pay it's a great app . truly stunning and fun app

OMG I love princess palace pets my sister has punkin and I have no princess palace pet. I'm going to have 1 Deamy till Christmas. I put it on my Christmas wish list.

My daughter loved this game and brought it to me to unlock the animals. I was blown away that it was $32 to unlock this game. Outrageous it's like going to Disney World. Everything is outrageously overpriced. Like you guys don't have enough money. I have decided to uninstall the app so my daughter don't be upset she can only use the free pets there are plenty of other apps out there with dress up

Every time I go to play with treasure it doesn't show the icons so I can not play with her until that's fixed. And I can't get another one because it says the store timed out or something like that. So like the game but very angry also. :'(

I would give more stars, my daughter loves the game, but $3 for a fake pet on an application that may or may not work(depending upon its mood). How about, if this is really disney, when you buy the palace pet from the store it comes with a code (like skylanders), then they have a toy and a pet on this game and no one feels cheated. Because we might just buy items for in game use for our virtual pets.

My daughter loved it but I paid 22.99 for 14 pets bit to get the other 2 pets Teacup and Seashell I had to pay $24.99 which said was for all 17 pets but I still had to pay $2.99 extra for Pumpkin? That's ridiculous!!!

Unable to make in app purchases. Was working with developer, but they could not figure it out the problem. Child is asking for new pets, and I am willing to buy them if the app worked.

The reason to give one star to this game is it is not updateing fast.I am bored with playing same pets Everytime. please update the game as fast as you can.

I still think it is expensive, but after the update they added a new free pet, so as I said before "add a new free pet and I give 4 stars" here it is I am editing my review to 4 stars. Wanna get the fifth star? Add more mini games or give another free pet but this time allowing us to choose the pet we want!

Producers, please wake up lily forever without in app purchase and make her ready to play forever, add angry birds movie themed accessories and 2 new pets Aurora's puppy Maracon and Cinderella's mouse Brie and make them available for in app purchases

I have leveled up 3 times and I still am on level 20 I should be on 23 but it won't let me but it's a super fun game if you don't care what level you are on it would be fun for you to get but if you care about it don't get it

The reason I give you 3 stars is because it keep crashing everytime I wanna customize my pet and watch some videos. Is there another way to level up than fulfill what your pets want ? Also, I've already sent you a crasing problem, and plese give me a solution. If you don't reply me : "Nah, that's okay. I'm gonna finish it by myself" OR "That's it. Get bored, uninstalling"

My daughter adores it, she's 5 and plays it all the time. But she wants a Princess Elsa pet really bad. If you add it then I will give 5 stars and purchase the pet for her, alot of reviews on here are complaining the pets aren't all free, well wake up people! You don't think the people who worked hard at making this game deserve to get paid? Jeesh, they should work for free because yous think it's unfair? Very adorable though, great game.

I must say that this game is just awesome cause i played this game once upon in my life and I must say I loooove it alooot❤❤the things in it are just too expensive and it keeps crashing but still how it customized the pets in a very good way so I like it

My daughter loved this game. After the last update it won't load. Would love to give this game 5 stars but I won't until she can actually play it again.
