GETTING STARTED IS SIMPLE:
1. Download the App. It’s free!
2. Login with the same Username and Password as your Direct Energy Online Account Manager.
3. Once you’re logged in, start exploring all the App has to offer.
MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT:
• PAY YOUR BILL: Set up bill payments automatically from your credit card, bank debit card, or bank account. Or pay directly through the app!
• MONITOR ENERGY USAGE: With the Direct Your Energy usage insights tool, you can analyze your energy usage to make informed decisions that can help you use less energy. Compare your current usage with usage from prior days, weeks, and/or year to learn how energy is used in your home. View a breakdown of how your home products and appliances impact your electricity bill. Other features include bill estimates based on weather forecasts, usage comparison to similar homes in your area, and a home profile to help you improve your energy efficiency. • RENEW YOUR SERVICE: Loving Direct Energy, but your current contract is about to expire? With the App you can easily renew your service! We’ll give you a range of available plans and rates available for your home, and you can choose the one that’s best for you.
• TRANSFER YOUR SERVICE: Are you moving to a new home? Want to bring Direct Energy with you? With the App you can easily set up move-in and move-out dates from your smartphone or table. [Available only to Texas customers]

Awesome app. Very convenient. I just have one question. What PDF reader app do I have to download to access/read my paperless bill? I've tried accessing it with the current apps that are already on my phone but it keeps saying "cannot read file". If I can just get this problem figured out, I'll give the app 5 stars.

Downloaded app and logged in. Got through all login steps and when asked to provide a rating the app crashes. Uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled. Problem persists. Please fix! Using samsung galaxy s6 edge +

This is not an honest company. I was offered a nest thermostat if I switched over to them. So I did 2 months later I'm told that I don't get one. That's after I signed a contract with a early cancelation fee. I have opened up tickets and they answer me. WTF. Don't do business with this company.

Great, but this week I haven't been able to login to pay my bill, which is odd, because I have never had any problems with this app. I love this app, because it is easy to use and if you have a plenty card, you can link them!

It's alright but I have signed up for paperless billing six times and hasn't came into effect. also, I'm not able to pay my bill, it says I don't have a token but doesn't not say how to get it.. smh
