Great app. Programmable vibe-patterns! Has a 99¢ ad-free version now, because the dev rocks! Suggestions: Maybe include some rhythmic/pulsing patterns that are less regular somehow. Maybe add an optional timer for those times the app puts you to sleep, so it won't kill your battery.
