Works like a charm. Being able to save my bookings means I can order a cab with a couple taps on my phone while I'm rushing around in the morning getting ready for work without breaking stride.

I cannot register my name on the app to get started. Tried putting my name along with my number... didnt work.

I can't see the cars near by my address before booking

Using outdated address information. When I attempt to find my location it tells me that the address does not exist. - uninstalled

Quicker and Faster than calling in

They always take aroun 5 to 10 min for pick up, even when ever I request a large car for pick up boxes, they always bring what I request.

Have waited for prebooked cars that never show. Very disappointed. Coop's app is much more reliable

They tell you 15 minutes for the taxi and the taxi arrive after 40 + minutes

Used this for the last week with great results. Don't have to wait on hold and the greatest i mean the best feature....YOU CAN SEE AS THE TAXI COMES TO PICK YOU UP!!! No more waiting wandering where is my taxi. Love it. As for Yellow Cab, its above average... better then Co-op.

All my previous bookings were cleared and i cant track or cancel when i make a new booking, its just a blank page.

Very accurate...AWESOME!!!.....you can even track exactly where the cab is coming from GPS!!!!! Wicked!!

I would only download this app if you feel like wasting your time. I tried to book a cab with it and it wouldn't do anything for me.

No need to wait on the phone. Bypass all of that with this app. Just have to make sure to enter the pickup address or location carefully. Love how it keeps your past several pickup addresses for quick use.

Usually get a cab right away, tracking is accurate 90% of the time. I don't work for or am not affiliated with yellow cab at all. To each their own I guess, I would recommend the app over calling

The app uses the GPS on my phone to track my exact location but it tracked a different address. When I was editing my pickup location, it couldn't find my house. Nonetheless, I like the app :)

I have to keep Uninstalling and reinstalling the app evert time I use it as it says "you already have an ongoing reservation at this address". It is so frustrating!

I said XX B ave and it sent the driver to XX ave without the B.

Sometimes when one allows the GPS to choose the pick up location it can be off slightly. For instance 2110 could come up as 2112 etc. This can be overridden by touching where the error is and editing it to read your actual address. Also, placing your phone number in the additional comments for drivers field will make it more likely that you will receive a call on arrival! No waiting on hold, AND you can watch the route they take, and see when they are about to arrive! Then you can walk right out!!

Booked using this app, taxi was confirmed but then cancelled as I waited. Couldn't track anything. Several of the 5 star reviewers for this app work for or are related to those who work for the developers of the app, so those reviews are completely bogus.

As crappy as yellow cab's service itself. Fake gps location of a cab. Horrible at detecting your location. After booking expect to get 2-3 phone calls and if you miss one you won't get a cab.

Absolute horrid service, pathetic employees, rude, uncaring and Down right ignorant. Will never use this app or the services of this company again. Will go out of my way to denounce any operation associate with this corporation.

I like this company because their drivers are competent, but 45 minutes after booking with this app, the cab still had not shown up. I phoned and they said it was the weathers fault. It's snowing, it happens in Edmonton 6 months of the year. Long story short I missed the event I was going to.

Used this tonight. Worked amazing, was able to view the cabs position on map, status of our booking, and best of all no wasting on phone line to book. Highly recommend.

Almost all the time it fails to book and tells me to call instead. The couple of times it worked it was great but it is mostly useless. Looking forward to a version that works more than it fails.

Does what it says on the tin but had a weird iOS UI, hides the notification bar for no reason, and keeps a GPS lock unless you explicitly close the app.

I think yellow cab is the bomb. They have nice taxi drivers.

Works great. Problem with some public locations as it does not have land mark selection, so if making a booking from a public location you should enter a landmark under additional information.

Server failed, server failed, server failed, server failed why dont you call instead. I dont really see a point to this app?
