Cab arrived. I confirmed I still wanted the cab through automated call. By the time i left the apartment and reached the street 3 minutes later, the cab was gone. Wtf. Maybe there's a good reason most people use Uber.

Love the app for when I want to catch a cab. However, there are many glitches that need to be fixed about this app. Sometimes when I enter the location it says that the location is not found and its not accurate whe tracking driver. Also, there has been times when the app will show that the driver has arrived and I have paid but they have never showed up.

Everytime i try to book a taxi now it says "can not connect to server". I have been using this app for months and it has been working. I dont get what is going on. Maybe its a technicial error going on inside app

Im so glad I found this app. Its actually better than calling Yellow Cab and being on hold for such a long time. Once a cab accepts your request, you can track the cab using the GPS they have on the app. So neat!! Really loveee this app!!!

Auto address correction kept adding info that the application wouldn't accept.

Already late, I used this app. In 5min, the app said the request was accepted. When I clicked "track" to get a better grasp of the arrival, the cab was driving away! When I called & gave the cab number, Dispatch said the cab had declined the fare. a) If the cab didn't accept the fare, I shouldn't have been able to track it. b) If the fare was declined, there should be a way for the request to be automatically resubmitted. What if I hadn't checked? I ENDED UP OVER AN HOUR LATE, FINDING A NEW WAY.
