Use a map to select your pick-up location, and track the location of your taxi.
Receive notification alerts about the status of your booking, and when your taxi arrives.
TAXI BOOKING FEATURES:
• Request a taxi right now, or select a future date and time for pick-up.
• Don’t know your location? - Send the taxi to your current GPS position.
• You can also tap a location on a map, or type in a pick-up address.
• Save a pick-up address as a favorite, and use it for future bookings.
• Select booking options for your taxi (wheelchair accessible, pet-friendly,etc.)
• Send additional info the driver - type a message, up to 255 characters.
• A confirmation message lets you know your booking request was accepted.

I use it pretty frequently and the tracking system is neat however, the one thing that I dislike is that once you have already completed a trip some trips stay on the booked trips and I am unable to book another cab... even though the one currently "booked" was from a previous week. Also I wish the app had a rate your cab driver function...

Won't accept any address no matter how you enter it. Utterly useless unless you saved an address years ago when it used to work, and then you can only use it for that address. Big disappointment after working well for so long.

Software will not allow address to be inputted properly. After correcting the address several times, I have given up on this app. Use Uber.

They canceled my booking without me accepting, had to book again. Three hours later I'm still waiting.have two children that needed to be in bed by 1:00 am because of new years.

I was snowed in one morning, and used the app for the first time to hail a taxi to get to work. I waited over an hour and a half, and finally learned that it had auto canceled my taxi at about the 1 hour mark because I missed answering one of the keep alive prompts it sends every 20 mins or so to make sure you still need a taxi. What a terrible feature. Uninstalled.

I take Vet cabs 2 or more times per day. It tells u what cab is pickin you up and tells u where the cab is located currently. Dont know why more ppl dont kno about this.

I've ordered taxis from this company before without problem... I think there is something wrong with the app itself. Since when is there a service area for a taxi company? I could see this happening if I was trying to order from harrow or something outside of windsor.... thought this was going to be pretty awesome. Will check out again after it's updated.

Used to work then magically stop allowing you enter address and cannot enter address with Gps off to manually correct. Can only use favourite previously booked addresses
