• Select booking options for your taxi (example: VAN taxi, pet-friendly, etc.)
• Send additional info the driver – type a message, up to 255 characters.
• A confirmation message lets you know your booking request was accepted.
• Push notifications alert you when your taxi is on the way, and when it has arrived.
TRACKING FEATURES:

• Display up to three previous bookings made with your mobile device.

I personally would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for where they drop the ping withing my appartments. You would suspect that they would drop the ping within 20ft but nope. Also there is the weird way that it looks for when you place your address.

I use this app every day. Things are much easier as I don't have to deal with any of the early morning attitudes when calling. 90% of the time there is no issue but a few times, when volumes were high my reservation got overlooked. That was frustrating.

For me, very few problems. 85% of drivers are friendly / awesome. Sometimes Monday mornings are a little slow, at 5:30am. They're my way to work and I thank them

I used to like using this service now I only use it if I have to. My last 5 experiences have been nightmares with the way the drivers drive and or having to direct them the entire way to my destination when they have a GPS in front of them. Overall not happy

Good app and certainly deserves more than two stars. However, my reason for this is mainly to get a suggestion noticed. Many people won't use a cab in the Suburbs because they think it costs to much. So, i think it would be great if you added a trip calculator to the app. Point A to point B will cost me......

This app used to be great, but now everytime I try to place an order through it, it tells me that it can not find the address. If my location is on, it will work SOMETIMES but the address will be off by a house or two, which pisses the cab driver off. If I try to correct the address, it says it can't find it. Please fix it because it used to work perfectly before the septa strike ..
