App used to work and now doesn't work at all. Why have an app if I need to phone in anyways.

In 80% of times they stop at the wrong address. Not to mention their deivers who pick up wrong ppl... checkers always asks the name when booked.

Piece of garbage app, we consistently try to use us to book for our office, it always enters the wrong address with autofill and will not let us change it. You have just lost $1,000 worth of fares.

App tells me I have have an open booking from a year ago, no way to clear it, tapping on it brings up a blank map. So the app is totally useless now, and add to that Associated Cabs is an anti-competitive company, which influenced the City of Calgary to block Uber and competitors' taxi booking apps. Possibly the most expensive taxis in the world thanks in part to them.

When it works its alright unfortunately it's spotty at best. I have an open booking from months ago that I can't​ cancel or remove and is slowing draining my data. Only way to stop it was to disable it and at this point might as well uninstall it.

If drivers forget to say they completed the ride then you are unable to book another cab through the app also issues with entering address. Keeps coming up as invalid when I know the address is entered correctly.

Can't enter address. Stupidest app even if you can't even do that. How can you not have this fixed. Losing so much business.

Sucks BIG TIME! Installed but where? No icon. No shortcut. Not in Downloaded Apps???? Play Store says it's installed. And no Uninstall Facility? Thanks for nothing and clogging up my Tab!

After several tries, could not find where I am located. Manual address entrance is not working as well. Useless...

Very useful to avoid having to deal with passive aggressive old ladies that don't seem to realize that they're being paid to do a job.

I love their wireless debit. That's about it cabs go to the wrong place because not all the names of places are listed. Does not update the cabs location on the tracking app so u never know if it's working and if you cancel and book another cab they show up anyway very annoying

I've had the cab drivers do 100 in a 50, I had a cab driver tell me to be quiet because he didnt need my directions, I've had cab drivers turn the Meter off half way and ask me how much it usually costs so they can scam their own company.... use someone else.

App said taxi hd arrived. Waited 10 minutes. Still no taxi. Ordered another. Then 2 arrive. We missed our flight. Associated fails.

First time using it and it takes all the info but won't book you a cab. Just keeps crashing then telling you to call. Very disappointed.

Simple to use quick results

I have to remove the app and re-install it whenever I want to book a cab. Otherwise i get a "book disallow" message saying I have an ongoing booking at my address. Very frustrating.

This app is very crappie. I thought it would be nice to have. But when it doesn't even have the right postal code, too where you live what good is it. And to tell the truth in all I give it a - 1, but it won't let me rate it like that. Get it in order developers. You have a long way to go yet.

This app has some issues. Half the time it says I already have a booking when I don't so it won't book my cab. When it works it's pretty slick.

Works great but why does the app need access to "services that cost you money: directly call contacts" or access to "phone status: calls and identity" when I am voluntarily inputting my name and phone info into the app anyways?

Perfect! No more waits on the phone! It sends me an alert when my cab is close by, love it!

The app does not recognizes addresses such as south hospital and the save and clear bottoms are backwards creating multiple attempts

Totally useless, don't install. Don't even think of this horrible company. They Couldn't Care Less About customers. I tried them more than once. Each Time the leave me waiting for longe time and when I call, the react in an extremely rude way... I'm now using checkers and Mayfair. .

Used the app to book a cab in advance. Booking was cancelled without my knowledge, and operator on the phone was ignorant and condescending. Will never use Associated Cabs again.

Useless for me, can't get anywhere in the app. Force closes when I do anything. Bring in Uber!

Tried the app and it would never successfully load my cab reservation. Gave up after a solid hour and took the bus home.

This is a great app for when you cant get ppl on the phone....works great.. love the idea.....to be honest i love talking to some of the ppl there....

Have to watch the GPS, sometimes not right on the money. Better than being on hold!
