• We have started our journey on 15th june 2009 with three person named Hemal, Kalapi & Hashmukh Kaka. We were doing planning in dindoli the flats project with more than 600+ flats with commercial. But unfortunately the project got stucked, The owner could not processed the future, So we stop, We start doing small job in bhatar, god dod road, vesu & Industrial plots in bhastean and starts earning , at the time of crises of paying rental and salary to Hashmukh Kaka our blessings came from big bro. Of kalapi Mr. Ritesh Mehta, He used to keep us in many manner after that we got another project name La-Holiday Heaven at umbharat, in here we have gona on two-wheeler for site visit which was 55KM from surat. We two have got CT-100 & Kawasaki Bajaj on which we have travelled a lot earning way bit slow & low but able to survive month after month and completed the project successfully, Then from blue moon we got the project of mahayawanshi @ katargam. The said project was of mahayawanshi co-op society for whole some management to DMC & Co Namely Dezman Christie & Javeddudin Kazi & from there we have never Look Back, Since Last 3 years we have done more than 4 projects and lots of mid and small size work in field of real estate.

• From the day one we have got the vision that the company name must be recognized with honour in the field of Real Estate, Basic motto of company was the work transparency with builder & customer, integrity must forever. This motto laid us at this juncture where we are able to plan for at least 5/10 years projects.

• Now we have came with various type service in field of real estate. Such as, Project Consultancy, Sell-Re-Sell, Rental, Loan to Consumers, Project Feasibility Report, a small broker group & investor group.
