Telescoped City

Telescoped City merupakan sistem untuk mewadahi aspirasi masyarakat untuk melapor dan mecari solusi bersama permasalahan kota seperti macet, banjir, kebakaran, proyek mangkrak dan sebagainya kepada pemangku kebijakan yang dianggap bertanggung jawab. Pada sistem ini memungkinan interkasi antara masyakarkat dengan masyarakat, masyarakat dengan pemangku kebijakan. Sitem ini terdiri atas aplikasi android untuk melakukan laporan dan website untuk merangkum laporan dan manajemen pelaporan. Untuk tahap awal sistem ini dikembangkan untuk kota Jakarta dan kota Bandung.

Pengguna dapat mengunggah laporan dengan terlebih dahulu mengisi form nama laporan, ditujukan untuk siapa laporan tersebut, alamat, koordinat, deskripsi dan foto. Pengguna diharapakan melapor kejadian di tempat kejadian agar memudahkan tracking tempat untuk penyelesain laporan lebih cepat. Laporan dari semua pengguna akan ditampilkan pada website Telescoped City untuk dilihat, dikomentari, dicarikan solusinya, dan dibagi ulang ke media sosial oleh masyarakat lain. Terdapat ruang khusus untuk isian solusi-solusi dari pengguna. Solusi terbaik akan ditampilkan diurutan teratas. Telescoped City is a system to accommodate the aspirations of the community to report and look for solutions with city problems such as traffic jams, floods, fires, and so on to the stalled project stakeholders are considered responsible.
