Mtnl represent us in telecom. Hire some good Android developer and software solutions. If your service is accessible no other private company will be our choice. I could pay my bills , change my plans, file complain through this and still feel standard Android app experience.

Don't rely on the app. Tried to book fault but the server is always down. If fault booking is so lousy, consider what may happen for bill payment. Only consolation is it's 'Made in India.' Moreover I don't see any MTNL feedback. I doubt whether they are bothered at all.

All MTNL apps and services are very Bad and backward....all MTNL apps are bad & not working properly....Unnecessary options available... use another telecome apps as airtel/Vodafone/Idea etc. and change/update all options for easy and best use.
