Yea nice app...very nice app..helps with cravings notes n pathological tactics to help the daily diet :)
It's a solid app, great to have a quick glance at your progress without overcomplicating things. With simple icons, you can track your water intake, poop quality, workouts, mood and much more without getting lost in details. I wish it had more backgrounds though, or a way to use your own.
I got Some kg since l moved and hopefully this will help me to my goal. I wish l Could add Some photos too :) Thank you :)
