DEAFCOM for Android
This is the first time I have felt compelled to give a review on anything. I would give it 100 Stars if I could. I can finally communicate with my deaf girlfriend. Bravo!
Ok but not work for many people talks. But need close
This is the stupidest app i have ever seen . it doesn't even display or load anything
Great love it.. i can now understand questions without getting stressed after loosing my hearing xxx
This will help me out with my hearing
Have you heard of deaf helper, because it was awful and this is exactly like it. I'm deaf and this didn't help me or my deaf family. Mom, dad, brother, aunt, best friends, no one. So I suggest you don't get it
crap
Please give us an adjustable font selection! Even on my tablet the font is too small for some to read, and then I would give 5 stars!!! App is simple & to the point.
Great!
I have installed and thrown away so many stupid "promising" applications for Deaf, but finally I have found one that delivers! Not only will it give my family a break from using Whiteboards to speak to me, but it will be ideal for doctor visits too! Thank you for FINALLY delivering a great app for Deafies like me :D
I can now communicate with my grand mother. Text is nice and large. There is a bug, when changing orientation the text is cleared. Also would be nice if I could edit text.
Does not seem to do anything on android 4.4.4, the button appears to do nothing.

Very worth it
This will help me out with my hearing
Works really well....But... we need an IOS version as well.
It was very useful. My grandpa's hearing aid wasn't working, so this was very helpful. I just wish you could change the letter size, maybe with the volume control could be even nicer.
My mother recently had a stroke and cannot hear as a result of it. I was looking for a fast speech to text app so I could communicate with her. This is ideal .... simple and fast. Just what I wanted.
wanted to use this with my 95-year-old father-in-law, but it was too hard to maintain a consistent 'net connection. Otherwise worked OK
My hearing aid recently broke and I can barely understand anyone without it, now thanks to this I can communicate more easily with my family, who are all hearing. I will definitly reccomend this to my friends, thanks!

Let's face it, many older people become hard of hearing, like my Mom. In addition, older people are not always app-saavy. This app is extremely simple to use. It doesn't pop up with a bunch of instruction pages, setting options, keyboards, etc. When you start the app, it starts straight into the minimalist screen where all is needed is a press on the "Press To Speak" button. I tried almost all of the (free) apps available in the Play Store for this purpose and most of them either didn't work consistently, or were too complicated to use for older people. If all you want to do is converse back and forth with someone who is hearing impaired, then this is the simplest app I could find. Wish list: Offline use. App doesn't appear to have been updated in several years (but still works). Could use a cleaner interface (but not more complicated)
