Bijlipay don't deserve to get 1 star itself from my end. Me being previously part with bijlipay like to review what exactly is bijlipay. Digital Payment Solution.. 4 Types of Devices:- a) Mpos (Spire payment) b) GPRS (Digital) c) GPRS (Paper) d) Cash@pos (mini atm tie up with Hermes {The Smart Shop}). Bijlipay's market is due to there tie up with banks like IOB, Andhra Bank, DCB, Equitas Bank. But once the product reaches merchant's, after that what's next? Worst scenario the merchants can go through. 1) The 1st scenario would be Implementation:-The sales person who goes to deliver, he don't do it. He just throw it there and comes back. Poor merchants don't know what to do with that, atlast anyhow he reaches customer service there he would found out that device serial number is mapped under someone else. Again it is a delay for merchant to do transaction. 2) Training:-There are 55% of merchants who are educated and who don't need any training to use this device. But still their are 45% of merchants who are not educated enough to use bijlipay. Biljipay is lacking in this regard. 3) Rental Deduction:-Bijlipay is so clever to make merchant to get the device by making the merchants pay in advance, whereas merchants can get the device by any other nationalized bank.The ultimate scene is after few months bijlipay will deduct (debit) from your a/c without informing you, certain amount of money as rental charges. For this the merchant has to suffer more than a month even though he must have paid in advance to get back additional rental deduction. 4) Wrong Onboarding:-Bijlipay uses the remaining 45% of merchants who are not educated by onboarding multiple devices under their name in dashboard. Best example, Their was a call from merchant named Hotel Wilson, who called in toll free for consolidated statement, but me sending it putting me in bcc, found out that there is rental deduction for 3 devices, cross checked with merchant he said, there is only 1 device with him & shared the serial no. Personally from my end, I raised the complaint on behalf of Hotel Wilson requesting for additional rental charges taken from him, which merchant don't even know. I even called in toll free on behalf of merchant, whether the issue is resolved or not, Which Mr. Hamid(TL) for customer support didn't liked and many relevant cases he didn't, for this he said he will terminate me. before he does I resigned & my personal opinion is that why he is TL for customer support??? So my dear merchants pls don't get this bijlipay, which will give you kujlipay experience. 5. Delay in payment & Replacement:- The ultimate market strategy for bijlipay is acceptance of all cards & payment is as early as within 24 hrs. But the scenario is different here with bijlipay, because payment releases after more 48 hours which is not bareble & worst scenario is if it is Rupay card, which takes more than 3 to 7 working days. Moreover many cards don't accept with bijlipay like Punjab national bank cards, syndicate rupay cards, all signature cards & international cards like amex, diners etc. So please don't fall for this utter waste service.. Be Careful. When the merchant is new, bijlipay will tell that they are not charging you this amount, but later will provide you free service under that comes all kinds of replacement which is promised by customer support agent, that within 4 to 7 working days it will be solved but still, there are many merchants even after 60 days there is issue is pending. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LOOKED BY Mr. HAMID, WHO IS ILLITERATE, WHO DON'T KNOW COMPLETE GEOGRAPHY OF INDIA. Best Example- He don't know how to dial STD Landline No & what response comes from landline, he said the landline number I gave was switched off... LOL Mr.Hamid....is it possible in landline... Please Don't Get BIJLIPAY...... ITS UTTER WASTE IN ALL ASPECT.

the app is simple but login takes a long time. please add login and logout button so the account can be logged in once in the morning and can be logged out in the evening else the app should get loggedout atomatically by a specific time

Always log in problem i face more than and half hour time to get log in alway say network error but i have get 4 g network its work properly but bijli pay apps always say network errror....

Batter works on wifi instead of 3g or 4g networks. Payment transfer in bank account takes too much time 24 hr. Please fix payment transfer problem.

Hopeless customer care service & inefficient customer support in Delhi zone. I have been requesting to change mPOS device from last 10 but of no use. Pathetic work ethics and I'll informed customer care executives especially Delhi team whose engineer was out to deliver mPOS device since last 6 days but hasn't reached me yet. I don't wish to recommend this to anyone as this start up lacks the credibility, transparency and dedication.
