Umständlicher Prozess, Browser WebRTC funktionierte nicht. App war "letzter Versuch". Im Telefonat wurde dann mein vorläufiger Personalausweis als Dokument abgewiesen. Das hätte auch schon weitaus früher deutlich gemacht werden können, dann hätte ich mir den Anruf gespart. Zumal ich dafür kein Verständnis habe, denn ein vorläufiger Personalausweis ist ein gültiges Ausweisdokument. Es ist lächerlich, dass ich damit nach Spanien fliegen aber nicht dafür einsetzen kann, mich online zu identifizieren. Kurzum: Technisch umständlich und nicht kundenorientiert. Kann meine Zeit besser anders verschwenden.

Worked as advertised. The app should also read the confirmation sms automatically from the mobile, and waiting for a service rep could be improved as now you don't know if the app has frozen or not.

It simply doesn't work at all. As soon as you connect with them even with permissions enabled they can't see or hear you at all.
