Volkswagen Service India

Wonder the purpose of this application. Waste of time. No useful feature of value to user. Probably Volks' folks knew their quality of service hence afraid to add any customer service utilities. No wonder. Trashed this third class app. as fast I installed.

I followed the service center direction frim the app,it took me around 8 to 10 kilometres in a wrong route that too in Bangalore,even I had to pay toll for this wrong route.then I followed direct google and traveled 10 km in a different direction to reach the Hesaragatta palace service center.A crap and useless application. At least give the parts pricing. Service cost mentioned is unreadable. Please don't kill the potential of App.don't do it if you can't do it properly.instead of helping its misguiding.

Dear friends Kindly please don't go to VW sundaram motors ...service bill only very expensive but Servise not satisfaction.. Not properly. Again my car problem... Worst fellow ... Cheated TVS Servise centre ..

I can't understand why VW even took the trouble to make an app. It sucks big time. If you want to gather some information, you need to fiddle a lot with it. Plus the details are vague and you won't be satisfied. Can't even find a dealer using the given service. Hope the breakdown and accident services work, God forbid, if it does happen.

Seriously ? Can't you maintain a proper list of your service centre locations. I wasted time in an unfamiliar city looking for a service centre because your app said it existed. I expected better from VW.

A Service App where you can neither book a service appointment nor it records service history. It serves little or no value to the customer. The App is as uninformative as the website.

Volkswagen could probably wakeup by now to give better usability on software applications side. Just making good engines is not enough !

Profile need to be created and details to be updated Every time u uninstall and install. There is no central servers which manages each vehicle records of last service done or any part changed in service center

Make app better add more details about service and spare parts, give option to book a service check record of service

VW if you are reading this: this app is such a DISASTER!!! Look at the Maruti app and come up with something better then that. This app is not even close to offer any service to your customers.

Service dealer doesn't pick up the phone. Called them thousand times.

It is disappointing application from Volkswagen. The application can't even fetch the handful model of the company. The application not connected to any user data base of existing customers. The accessories charting and prices are missing. At least allow the application to synchronize with car.

Can't even see the list of dealers and service network. Too poor.

Can't you guys spend time to reach people with better app.

The VW servicing in south Mumbai is hopeless. I booked an annual service for my Vento last week and arranged for pick- up. No one turned up! Arranged another appointment this week, and someone turned up 2 hours late. Now, after one day I am informed that "authorisation" for servicing has not been received from VW accounts. I ring up VW accounts and they claim there has been no request for authorisation. I am stuck, car-less, in the middle of such "German" efficiency! Bottom line: do not bother downloading!

More information about features can be added. Also a notepad where we can add information about our car's service dates, spares changed, due dates.

Please add owners manual, and every details related to user from purchase history, insurance details, service history etc

Good application.. But no details regarding the spare cost only labour cost. What we want is spare cost, so please include spare cost also...

App getting hang when I click on find dealer.

Effective App. You might love you VW lil more now..

App is very useful and it should work without internet. At least symbols should load without internet connection.

Service history is not showing up, poor compared to apps from their competitors like Maruti Suzuki & Hyundai

1/Under "My Car" section, I tried adding car details, But no add button or Tick mark.
