Viatos Reisekosten

Die Smartphone-App für mobiles Reisekosten-Management als Ergänzung Ihrer Viatos-Lösung.
Reisende können neue Reisen mit ihren Rahmendaten anlegen und mit ihrem Smartphone Belege schon unterwegs fotografieren. Die via App hochgeladenen Belege stehen dem Reisenden sowie berechtigten Genehmigern und ggf. Sekretariaten zur Einsicht im gesamten Workflow zur Verfügung.
Berechtigte Nutzer können Reiseanträge (vor der Reise) und Reisekostenabrechnungen (nach der Reise) via App schnell und komfortabel genehmigen. Der Genehmiger sieht sofort die wichtigsten Reisedaten und kann den Antrag mit einem Klick genehmigen oder auch ablehnen.
Die App ist sowohl nutzbar für jede Viatos-Lösung im Software-as-a-Service-Betrieb (SaaS) aus dem Viatos-Rechenzentrum als auch für die Viatos-Inhouse-Lösung auf der kundeneigenen Infrastruktur.

Travelers can create new trips with their frame data and pictures on their way with their smartphones documents. The app via uploaded documents are available to the travelers and approvers legitimate and possibly secretariats for inspection throughout the workflow.
Authorized users may travel requests (before the trip) and travel expenses (after the trip) approve quickly and conveniently via app. The approver can immediately see the key dates and may accept the application with one click or reject.
The app is both available for each Viatos solution in Software-as-a-service operation (SaaS) from the Viatos data center as well as for Viatos-house solution to the customer's own infrastructure.

The app "Viatos" is a mobile client and can only be used in conjunction with the Viatos travel solution!
