Quite a pleasing little app. Too bad the "visit" mode doesn't allow free roaming ... but I guess it might be a while before there's a Google Venus.

Wonderfully rendered. I would gladly pay for upgrades like the ability to explore planets based on true imagery and/or to have a manual and auto fly through mode on the orrery. Any chance you guys can do the Milky Way?

Amazing, I wanted a mechanical one for years, but this is class too. Thanks, I wish people would make more apps like this! Incude other solar systems nearby galaxies

This is so neat. Makes me feel warm & fuzzy inside.

This is a beautiful model of the solar system. I enjoy the music, and like watching the planets orbit at different speeds. The mechanism and detailing are a great option. My daughter loves the app; Saturn is her favorite planet. She does ask about Pluto a lot; could a dwarf-planet filter be added?

Found myself checking it today for accuracy on orbital speeds. Curious as to how difficult it would be to work in real time data from public links to add another layer of beauty to it? Suspiciousobservers on YouTube has a great laymen sun watching group. Links to similar groups would add a cool layer of public service to it.

Wow this is a very nice app, but cannot set tge time to the correct time. If you can how do you set the time? Also would be nice to be able to set up different events and go backwards and fowards in time etc. The is the biggest letdown of this app. Cannot set time or senarios etc. Do this and a 5 star rating.

This is my favourite app,I couldn't do without it. The music is transforming,I believe we are not alone in the universe and looking at our solar system emphasizes that we are small to compared to the galaxy and beyond. !!

Does anyone know how to set the time of day on this app. It is showing my country in broad daylight when it is 3am Here! Re Gards

CANT TURN IT OFF! Also, i do not see how to get the info form the planets and other objects, all I get is the info about the orrery itself. So otherwise its lovely.

Can can't wait for this to develop into something that can be used on your home screen or lock screen in full motion.

Beautiful graphics, worked several months, then quit.

Very beautiful. As an orrery lover and astronomy lover, I could watch it for hours. Unfortunately, it does eat up lots of battery power, so use it carefully. But it is totally worth it. I did have some trouble getting it downloaded and transferred to my Moto 360. It may take you a few tries, but stick with it. It is amazing.

This beautiful, HD app makes me panic at how small I am. All apps depicting space should take note from the realism of this. Great job, folks.

Its like the science of the Romantic Age combined with the science of the Modern Age. Great for any lover of astronomy. This is the Copernican Orrery (Sun centered correct view)...there is also the Ptolemaic Orrery (Earth centered old view) that would be cool to see sometime like this one. ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 Stars and ☆°•°•° • ° • ° • ° a shooting star :) Samsung Galaxy S5

This application is a beautiful exercise in graphics, depicting a mechanical Orrery which shows (in addition to the Sun) Mercury, Venus, Earth and Mars, on the table, and off on arms outside the table, the outer planets. There is a High Quality mode, which probably works better on a larger screen; the regular quality version looks better on my 7" Nexus tablet. You can change the speed at which the model rotates (forward only, as far as I can tell at the moment). Using a single up/down stroke you adjust the angle of view, from almost the ecliptic plane (which is the plane of the 'table' of the Orrery) to almost directly overhead. Using a pinching motion, you can resize the image in continuous increments. Using left-to-right motions you can spin the model forward or backward, overriding the speed set by the slider at the bottom. I was looking for a planar model which could be moved manually, specifically to get my head around the present conjunction of Mercury, Venus and Jupiter, but this one is a fair alternative. This app would make a lot more sense for someone who was well acquainted with its clockwork precursors.
