testo Smart Probes

Probes are a great idea. App is aweful. Missing so many useful features. Need to be able to show averages, Delta t, should be able to fix graph scale instead of it always adjusting. Should be able to view a longer graph. Should be able use one pressure transducer and 2 temp clamps to do multiple super heat or sub cool readings at the same time. ABSOLUTLY NEEDS TO SHOW AVERAGES! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE THAT IT DOES NOT!

App is still pretty buggy. Running on a galaxy s7. Probes won't connect on an older phone that has an upgraded os and bluetooth 4.0. Reports are almost useless as you can't link multiple applications within the report. It's ok if you just want superheat and subcooling displayed in your phone. If you need full system reporting look elsewhere.

Will not connect to my htc m9. Worked great on my iphone and samsung tablet. Obviously this is a waste of money after buting the 905i, hvac pressure and superheat kit, bluetooth guage manifold and tong meter. Please fix it.

Probes are great value bit the applets then down. Why can't we have a single scale on the graph for the temperature clamps for measuring delta T?

In the name of science, why have you limited the maximum temperature range to 150'?!? Why?

Not to bad of a product. My only complaint is the fact I can't set up for multiple low pressure for superheat in a supermarket setting. Being binded to lp and hp only sucks. Give me the option for 2 or more low pressure charts that way I can set my superheat on entire case line up at once. I'll buy 10 more sets of that happens. Would make start up o. A rack so much quicker

App is difficult to navigate and to customize for standard (PSI/Farenheit) conditions but all in all well made and we'll designed equipment for a very reasonable price point. If you can navigate the app it will be well worth the investment in your future. DON'T BE EVERY OTHER TECHNICIAN. LEARN YOUR CRAFT. It's not applicable in every situation but when there's a problem you'll be the one they call.

My only real complaint is that while the update period on the List and Trending screens is 1 s, the Table screen and any exported csv data only has updates every 2 s. The update rate is very important to me and my 410i supports it. Please make the Table data utilize the full measurement rate.

The app doesn't track the data if it's running in the background. That means you can't use your device for anything else if you want to track anything. I would like to be able to set the sample rate for the trending graph and the spreadsheet. The wireles temp and pressure measurements along with the real time superheat and subcooling still make this a worthwhile purchase.

Great app. I really liked it till I upgraded my phone. Unfortunately it is not working on HTC 10. Can you fix it please? I wish to use it again. Thanks

If possible please make a feature where you can select favorite refrigerants. Other than that I love these​ things.

In Target Superheat ODDB and RAWB can be set only manually, I want to use 2 Testo 605i and do that process automaticaly.

Liked the gauge layout before the updates. Menues poorly laid out.

I love my testos. Never have a problem and my warranty customers love the time stamps and info

I like the interface very useful with my Testo probes. My only wish is to have the ability to average out superheat this would be really helpful for the new refrigerant blends seeing how it's almost impossible to get a steady superheat on a refrigeration system using these types of refrigerants. My testo gages have this function built into the manifold. It would really make this app a five star product in my eyes.

It doesn't work with my testing 552. Why not?

I really like the app but can the trending duration be made longer? It would be a good visual for the customer

Blue doesn't always connect, even after updates

First time connection was good. I picked up multiple sets later from stores & they wouldn't connect. Is it possible to lock module to your device so no other device connects to it??

What is a "Free Area" number be set at..? Is there a general number..100% gives different results than 45%

Needs an overall and to be made more understandable. Hp, Lp is ok but the labeling of the temperatures need to be renamed. It's that simple really

Works very well and I highly recommend it. Tech support was helpful when I needed clarification on operation. Overall, a good tool.

It took me all of 1 hour and 2 migraine pills to figure the Testo 549i, 115i and 605i smart tools were crap. First, the probes range suck; seems to only work with line of sight. Can't be inside and check outside readings. Android app is all over the place, no cohesion can't easily find what you are looking for. Can't be at a customer's home and try to find what you need. Stick with analog gauges and a temp/psi chart to get subcool/superheat until you can afford the iconnect or imanifold...back to Amazon!

Need the ability to save favorite/most commonly used types of refrigerant. The list to find certain refrigerants is an inconvenience! Please fix and will rate 5 stars!!!

Nothing but conectivity problems since I purchased the refrigeration set. I keep unstalling the app but still no help.I even changed battery's. JUNK

The probes work 1/2 the time. The superheat and subcool calculations are off. Waste of money. Return the probes

Love these probes and all the features of the app are perfect. Would just like to have more control over the time intervals and trending graph. Eg. Make an option for a 5-10 minute view with shorter time stamps. Just my 2 cents that I'm sure could be implemented in a future update. Keep up the great work otherwise!
