Mit der DSL Hilfe App können Sie Ihren Speedport Router in einfachen Schritten einrichten. Wenn mal etwas nicht funktioniert, die DSL Hilfe App unterstützt Sie den Fehler zu finden und zu beheben.

ANSCHLUSS EINRICHTEN:
Haben Sie einen neuen Festnetz-Anschluss der Telekom oder einen neuen Speedport Router erhalten? Die DSL Hilfe App führt Sie in wenigen Schritten durch die Verkabelung, die Eingabe der Zugangsdaten sowie die Konfiguration. Auch bei der Umstellung Ihres Anschlusses auf Internet-Telefonie (VoIP) ist die App Ihr perfekter Assistent.

Wenn in dem Anschreiben neben Ihren persönlichen Zugangsdaten bereits ein QR Code abgedruckt ist, haben wir für Sie eine Besonderheit eingebaut. Scannen Sie den Code mit Ihrem Smartphone oder Tablet und schon erkennt die App Ihre individuellen Zugangsdaten! Das manuelle Eingeben der langen Zahlenfolgen entfällt.
Hierfür benötigt die App die Berechtigung, Bilder aufzunehmen.

In der App werden Sie gefragt, ob Ihr Anschluss schon freigeschaltet ist. Ist dies noch nicht der Fall, können Sie über die DSL Hilfe einen Kalendereintrag erstellen.

Sehen Sie direkt Detailinformationen – wie z.B. externe IP-Adresse, Firmware-Status, WLAN-Daten – Ihres Speedports ein.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass der Funktionsumfang je nach Router-Modell unterschiedlich ist.

WLAN TEILEN:
Übertragen Sie die WLAN-Daten (Name und Schlüssel) Ihres Speedports per QR-Code oder NFC (Near Field Communication) auf andere Geräte.
