About Speed of Sound
The app is solving a simple task. If you hear music in your car, it adjusts the music volume according to your current (gps) speed. The faster you go, the louder your music will be.
It's more a personal project than an app i planned to publish, so it could crash, it will have some bugs, but for me it works flawlessly.
It uses a minimum and a maximum volume level and your maximum speed to calculate an algebraic curve which will set the volume always to the right level. You can bend the curve using the coefficient parameter. If you use your volume rocker while the service is active it will temporarily adjust both volume levels. With the next start it will be reset to the levels you saved before. If you stop moving (i.e. you parked your car) it will auto-pause the tracking service after ~5min to save battery.
There will be no data transmitted to anyone. There will be no fees or ads at anytime. It's just project in my spare time and if I can help you with this I am proud. Just let me know in the ratings.
