Aufträge können aus dem Büro empfangen oder selbst neu angelegt werten. Alle hierfür benötigten Daten - Adressen und Leistungstexte - hat er auf seinem Gerät griffbereit. Auch Arbeitszeiten können erfasst und später als Positionen automatisch berechnet werden.

Im Büro werden die Geräte und Mitarbeiter verwaltet und individuell konfiguriert. Der Datenabgleich erfolgt über den sykasoft Webservice. Per Knopfdruck können Aufträge sowie eine Auswahl von Artikeln, Adressen und Leistungstexten an das Gerät übertragen werden, ebenso die AGBs, Logo und Firmendaten.

Ist die Leistung erbracht, wird ein PDF Formular angezeigt und der Auftrag vom Kunden per Unterschrift bestätigt. (Formular und Unterschrift werden später im Büro automatisch zum Vorgang archiviert.) Per E-Mail wird eine Auftragsbestätigung an den Kunden und optional an das Büro versendet. Nach Erledigung des Auftrags kann die Leistung im Büro halb- oder vollautomatisch abgerechnet werden.
