I installed this app + Beat player as well, but still cannot play WMA music files. The file keeps appearing as it is buffering where the Play button is, and never plays. Trying to play through OneDrive. My device is a Samsung Galaxy Note 4.

Cannot get app to play WMA files on Nexus tablet (2nd edition). The author seems to be totally absent or uncaring about developing his/her application. Shame!

I installed it but when I try to open a wmv file with Beat, it just shows a message that reads "Audio plugin installed, you can play the song now." but doesn't actually play. Am I doing something wrong?

Has anybody had this WMA plugin work since 2015 or 2016? Does the provider (Stefan Pledl) even care about this anymore?
