TV Guide Australia ON AIR

Was good. Is just okay now—ads are more intrusive and the start-up time seems impacted by their addition. Unfortunately, the TV guide space has never had much choice in apps. There's a real opportunity for someone to clean up if they can make a great app.

I hate the way it tells you you have an urgent message and if you inadvertantly tap on it your phone is hijacked. The message may or may not be from Woolworths but the mob who make the offer are virulent.

Can't edit stations since the last update. Keeps giving an error message of faulty internet connection. I have to uninstall and reinstall to be able to use it again. I want to be able to edit to add the new channels. There is nothing wrong with my internet connection. Please fix!

Happy with the app and adds but made a request to stop the newsletter. The response was " if you don't like it delete the app." The guy doesn't know how to speak to customers. I left feedback on the response so was met with another attack. Only asked to stop the newsletter.

I couldn't agree more with G. Wayne Meany! I've never liked this app, and I've always thought of it as a big fish in a very, very small pond. Apart from the shortcomings of the app, I cannot abide the arrogance of the developer(s) in that, despite having read many reviews, I have never seen a response to any user's review, request, or suggestion - something I always consider when evaluating an app. So what do I do? When I finish this review, I'll uninstall this unworthy app, and use the EPG on my tv until a worthwhile app comes along.

Been using this for a while. Recently however there has been an issue where i am being advised my internet connection is faulty and wont load the actual guide. My connection is fine.

Was great, but now they put an ad over the last channel (7flix) so you can't see what's on. If they could fix it, it would be a great app.

Decent app to show what's on TV, but the latest update places an advert over the last channel in the overview list so you cannot see it.

Installed it, selected my town then it said you have no internet connection which i do.... so cant continue with the app at all... wasted date downloading this rubbish

Comes up with an error message saying that my internet connection is faulty, but my internet is working on all of my other apps.

When a reminder notification apprears and is clicked on, it doesn't go to the show info, only the app. Why? Double reminders for many shows now. Also, ads, ugh - Drops a star

Went to update my initially glowing review from 2016 but it threw me out & now it appears I've lost both reviews.. hmmm. Don't like it anymore!! Ads along bottom cover last channel, can no longer see it. Some station icons don't display, hard to tell what's what. Full show titles never display even when you click on them for the full info. Now the links are increasingly wrong, going to the wrong show. Too annoying to use now. Really disappointing : ((

Seems to be back to its normal load times which is good. Still the best around. I assume being of German origin, this app covers a lot of countries using individual (state/city in our case) organisation.

Down to 3 stars because I'm not happy about getting ads even though I paid for ad free pro version. Motorola Moto X Style.

Keeps telling me my internet connection is faulty even though its not. Can't use it at all.

FAIL. Was good enough but now is well and truly broken. It's as if they haven't paid their bill from their ISP

Ads are now very intrusive and redirect by themselves. I've never had app ads do that before!

Keeps saying no internet (504) or something like that. I have internet and keeps saying that. Get it fixed

The app is for TV programs in Australia. But it only shows me German TV programs. No way to choose location.

EDIT: new ads are annoying, plus it is now broken saying internet connection faulty.

For the high price it just keeps crashing. Unreliable

There's a pop-up that's in German... I've no idea what it wants but you can't use the app unless you select one of the options?

Was great but currently can't open due to a "connection error", despite my phone having a good connection.

Used to be good, now bloated with ads and hardly ever works. Uninstalling.
