StadtRAD Hamburg

Anwendung an sich funktioniert wunderbar. In letzter Zeit ist leider immer öfter mal der Dienst nicht verfügbar (i.d.R. zur Feierabend-Zeit, Server überlastet?). Da ärgert man sich dann wenn man an der Station steht.

App an sich gut und funktional. Wenn ich die App jedoch schließe (aus den Recent Apps rausschmeißen), läuft sie scheinbar im Hintergrund weiter und ist ohne dass ich sie verwende mit 20% am Gesamt-Akkuverbrauch beteiligt. Nur Neustart oder App killen helfen. Dringend beheben!

Why doesn't the app have a list of the stations for offline browsing? I'm a tourist, so I didn't have internet on my cellphone, only WiFi, so the app was completely useless because I couldn't find the stations. I don't understand why wouldn't the developers keep a fixed list of the stations.

Die App ist wunderbar, und dank der App hab ich ziemlich guten Überblick über die quantitative Auswahl :) ich wünsch mir nur, dass man bestimmte Stadtrad-Stände in der App als Favoriten markieren kann. Aber danke überhaupt

This app worked from the very first seconds of registering for Stadtrad, and continued to work flawlessly for the entire long weekend we were in Hamburg for! A must try!

Die Anzeige, ob ein Rad an einer Station verfügbar ist, ist übertrieben unzuverlässig. Es nervt tierisch, dass einem Räder angezeigt werden, die man nicht leihen kann oder schon weg sind

Super and really a great App. It's just fantastic and helps goin on in travelling. Hamburg's public transport and the public Hamburg bikes are one of the best in Germany if not already the best. Please keep going on with your superb service

Why does the app need more access rights than before? Don't see any need for that. I will not proceed with the update

unfortunately it doesn't seem to be supported with Android Marshmallow. Please fix. thanks.

The app crashes all the time, most notably when tapping on a station to know if it has bikes available. Also, many portions of the app are not translated, most notably the problem reporting part, which is too bad because many bikes could use a problem report. It also often has trouble contacting the server and refreshing stations on the map. It would be great to be able to launch Google Maps with a station selected to get directions to it or from it to plan a trip. What works beautifully is the rental and return through the app.

Andauernd Passwort-Probleme, obwohl es 100% richtig ist. Im Web kann ich mich damit ja auch einloggen. Das nervt richtig und App ist daher halb nutzlos für mich. Nexus 5.

Keine Verbindung zum Server nach 15 minuten Versuch trotz guten Internetverbindung mit wlan! Ältere Version ist aufjedenfall besser!!

I want to see my account.. Rented Bike status ( returned or not). Rent Amount on the go.

Just wasted a lot of time trying to register to get a bike out. The terminal had lots of trouble reading credit cards, and the touchscreen took forever to use and didn't allow me to enter a country correctly at the end.

Bestes Stadtrad-System weit und breit. Längen besser als zum Beispiel Barcelona! Und das App trägt seinen Teil dazu bei! Vielen Dank!!!

Funkt super, viel besser al s die Stationen. Bin sehr zufrieden. Direkte Integration in Google Maps wäre natürlich der Hammer, das liegt aber an der Firma in Palo Alto ;)

Verbesserungsvorschläge: 1) Keine freie Ausleihzeit-Warnung mehr, wenn man das Rad bereits abgegeben hat! (2)Interaktive Karte (Live location, Navigation, Geschäfte) bzw Einbindung für die Google maps app)

Not fully in English which would be nice for tourist. And doesn't show all bike drop and pick up locations.

Really cool app. To fix: "free rental period is expiring" notification appears even if the bike is already returned.

Mit wenigen Klicks ist ein Fahrrad gewählt. In der Regel mit zwei Klicks. was will man mehr?

Ist die gleiche App wie DB Call-A-Bike, aber auf jeden Fall deutlich besser als am Automaten zu stehen

It takes like 10 seconds to get a bike and even less to return it. Bikes are in great shape. Good job! :)

Funktioniert einigermaßen. Allerdings muss ich mich dauernd neu einloggen. Nett wäre es, wenn man ein Rad entleihen könnte, ohne vorher die Kartenansicht laden zu müssen.
