Swatch Touch Zero

I have spent some time trying to get the app to function how you might expect it to. With some frustration, I now have it behaving fairly well. I love the watch and the app is really smart with tons of potential. I will be looking forward to seeing this product evolve and become even more useful, accurate, and easy to use. The pairing is already quite painless. Having a watch that you don't constantly have to charge is the only way to go. Go Swatch!

Users have been clamouring for you to return the old app version which was working just fine, why aren't you listening?! Every new update doesn't solve the pairing issue. What I have now is just a watch and not a swatch.

Swatch please fix this app. When I first got when got the watch and app last December the app worked fine, but a little after the update the app would no longer list my steps (which was the main reason why I got the app). I went to my local swatch store and I told them my problem. My watch counts my steps but dose not transfer onto the app. The person at the swatch store told me it was probably the app. I have no idea how to fix the problem. I don't want to delete the app and loose all my data. HELP!

Just got the watch as a step tracker. It is collecting data but recording it for the previous day. I have restarted it, uninstalled it, restarted my android phone, it says the date on the watch is wrong, which it isn't, and then asks if I want to change it, which I try, and then dorce closes. Dont need a swatch watch if it doesn't work with the app.....

I have turned the fan and volleyball mode off before the update, bu I can't seem to turn it back on?

I don't know how to set up my watch. Swatch touch zero. Please tell me how s watch

The old app was way better....this one never tells my data until the next day....I really don't care for this version

Although my phone does detect the watch via Bluetooth, the app cannot connect.

The new app can't even provide the number of steps in the previous days. My Swatch has been reduced to a piece of useless equipment! Do you hear us, Swatch?! .... still no update after months! Looking for new device now. Would recommend that you STAY AWAY from this. Watch is good but app makes it USELESS!

Able to pair phone but it does not syncs todays steps. Also, can't sign in to by backup account and there is no place for a reset password option. Last version was better.

Really need more activities like make your personal account and make personal couch to till you how much you need to walk and run daily depending on your helth or weight. Also it is really useful if you make swatch community to make competition between members and your daily / monthly rank . And your evaluation comparing with your age range worldwide. Finally if you make like celebration if someone reached his target weight.

Pl bring old app back. New app data analysis of Volleyball is worst. Very sad. Bought watch to see Calories burned. Bt in new update, it doesn't show for volleyball. :( :( :(

The previous app can't share on FB due to a bug but the new version doesn't even have a sharing function. This is a huge step back. There are also less options on the new app. Also discovered that the app can't even provide the number of steps in the previous days! This makes it USELESS! UPDATE: The team replied and following their instructions seemed to work. As soon as I enabled Location services, the watch showed up and synced with app. Thanks so much. ***initial message follows***App was working wonderfully, without flaws ons my Touch Zero One. But after this newest update, it does not want to connect to the watch. The loading wheel keeps spinning with no watch in site.

Cannot sync cannot see previous day steps. I loved my touch one before this upgrade and now it's basically useless and I want to throw it away and buy the Fitbit. Please don't post instructions on how to sync I have tried that and IT DOES NOT WORK!!!

2nd update, still does not work. Followed your instructions, still does not work. Just give us back the old app version. Only 6 months of using the watch and this is the hassle i have to go through.

Not able to pair and sync with upgraded version. And also not able to view back past days steps count.

I updated the app the days ago and FINALLY got it sync but it still won't track my steps! I hate this new app give me the old one back!!!

No coach, error when try to sync, and the previous interface was better than this!!!

Good app, I use it daily for measuring my walking goals and during my volleyballs trainings. Easy to use.

At least it works. But I dont know what the do with double high five counter feature

Data transfer is stuck at 1% only. I tried it through my dad's iphone and it worked. So please make it compatible to Yu Yureka.

Can't get the thing to work. Will uninstall and try again. Annoyed.

I would give this a five star rating, but since HTC's most recent update the app no longer works. I have emailed the company with the listed email and have yet to get a response. While the app worked it was awesome, but without current updates to the app to keep it working the watch loses a bunch of its capabilities.

Good app overall but sometimes the app doesn't detect the watch and when I close the app and start it again the data syncs but age,weight etc. are all reset to default.

Bad app...Not working...can't transfer data..
