SP_Data mobil

SP_Data mobil ist die App für das SP_Data Mitarbeiterportal MP/2. Einsatzgebiete für die mobile Zeiterfassung sind unter anderem Außendienst, Speditionen, Pflegedienste, Gebäudereiniger, Wachdienste, Bau- und Montageunternehmen.

Die App für Smartphone und Tablet bietet Kommt- und Geht-Buchungen sowie Buchungen mit Grund.

Die App zeigt an, welcher Mitarbeiter am Arbeitsplatz zu erreichen ist oder wer bei Abwesenheit als Stellvertreter fungiert.

Alle Nutzer verfügen jederzeit über das komplette Adressbuch aller Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens. Die Standardfunktionen Telefon, SMS und Mail sind über die Visitenkarte intuitiv nutzbar.

Der Server für SP_Data mobil ist Voraussetzung für die App und muss separat erworben werden. Der Client ist kostenlos downloadbar. Ein QR-Code steht im MP/2 zur einfachen Servereinrichtung zur Verfügung.
