You can define if WiFi is automatically switched on or off, when you switch the display on(unlock) or off.
For the WiFi connection you can force a Google account sync and A-GPS Data download.
All actions will be logged in the app’s log. You can view and export the log.
The app has a built-in manual for quick reference.

What's Changed
The mobile data feature has been removed. With today's data flat rates this function is not needed any more.
The delay to switch wifi on or off when the power button is pressed has been removed. Now wifi is switched on or off immediately. This was due to technical reasons.
The widget has been removed, as it is not needed any more.

Unlike most auto wifi switches, this one doesn't care about your location. GPS and/or background network scanning while your device is trying to sleep uses juice too; might as well just leave wifi on with other apps... Sometimes doesn't survive ram clearing or hot booting, sometimes does; 5 stars when it survives every time so one doesn't need to worry. Flawless otherwise!

Unlike most this app does not keep on switching on your WiFi periodically to see if your in range. Instead if your screen is off / in standby then so your WiFi. Only been trying this a day and seriously impressed

Did just what I wanted. But can do more (as advertised here). All I wanted was to turn my WiFi ON (every once in a long while), just to sync, and immediately turn the screen OFF (standby). This app turns the WiFi OFF after 90 secs (variable time) after switching the screen OFF, AUTOMATICALLY, and without intervention from me. This way I don't forget to turn it (WiFi) OFF, and it will not swallow the battery juice by staying ON needlessly. Beautiful app. Just what I needed. My Galaxy Note is running Rocketrom v10 & Speedmod v13 kernel. Thank you, ALESSANDRO SOLDO, indeed. A 5 is certainly EARNED.
